I wouldn't call it "Deflation" I call it "Re-pricing of inflated financial assets" due to reckless policies of those in charge and deliberate attempt to interfere with the market to create artificial,false or misleading appearances with respect to the price of goods and services in the first place.

2016 is the year of reality check which we will witness drastic downward re-pricing of inflated financial assets.

...too late when the full effects of the Chinese devaluation wreaks full carnage on broader western markets imo.

Deflation is its effect and it's coming. QE asset inflation will be lost to the wind. The first sectors to suffer have been commods, oil, mining which we have all witnessed. The next will be financials (banks) imo.

Gentlemen I've been a bear on Kens quality thread for a while, you know that. Now, I've been enlightened that we may have reached the side of the cliff now and a super bear market is about to go supernova. BCS hit yr lows, EU on terror brink, Syria, oil all will kill the market. For my man the EU issue will cause a perfect storm combined with oil with a low level SL of $10, yes $10..... Trade safe gents, keep out of long trades and go liquid. Cnbc/Bloomberg talk about a bull run in Feb, my illuminati man thinks we are looking at +12mnth of this. Maybe try plus500 for old boys who are not familiar with short trades.
