The U.K. Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority published the rules Tuesday, which require banks, building societies and insurers to develop frameworks to better support whistleblowing. The senior manager in charge must be appointed by March and the full suite of rules implemented by September 2016.

If China is what it is today, it's thanks to the Westerners who were outsourcing like never before..A very special thanks must go out to all the Dysons who turned there backs on the brits and set up shop abroad and all the rest outsourcing there work abroad. For years Our British Financial institutions have been over investing in the far east.. at the expense of British enterprise.. Now we will be expected to pick up the tab again... when the losses start mounting.

6 October 2015 Daily Mail
The Bank of England has repeatedly flagged concerns about the vulnerability of the UK’s banking system to a slowdown in China.

Its next round of ‘stress tests’ to gauge the resilience of banks to financial shocks will focus heavily on a meltdown in emerging markets, including the world’s second-biggest economy.

The results will be published in December, and are expected to be particularly tough on HSBC and Standard Chartered – which have the biggest exposure to China.

This Is The Endgame,According To Deutsche Bank

So do we think we're now entering a period where central banks are increasingly impotent? The answer is that they have been for a while on growth so not much has changed. However they can still buy more assets and continue to keep policy loose. Although we don't think QE and zero interest rates does much apart from prop up an inefficient financial system it’s all we've got until we have a huge policy sea change which probably only happens in the next recession (more later).

This is a result of western corporations going offshore to places like China and Thailand for cheapest labour and goods lots of which are substandard. Thousands of UK skilled workers lose their jobs and never work again. Countries like China and India use low paid labour with little or no benefits and flaunt emissions rules until at least the 2030s while western politicians impose carbon sanctions and taxes that cripple and kill "home" industries! .. Another triumph for the green loonies and their carbon taxes, They will not be satisfied till all our heavy industry is off-shored .

Just 142,000 new jobs were created in America last month. That is a big miss - much way less than the 201,000 that economist had expected.

And August’s reading has been revised DOWN - to 135,000, from the original 175,000 polled last month.
