Isaready you have missed the main point. The £1.65m eus revenue is from the reported half year eus of £92.31mThe annualised eus run rate of over £400m is a five you could use to extrapolate the numbers 12 months forward from that date. So if the year started in aug 16 you could expect revenue of £7.12m by Aug 17.But remember the growth is very rapid and way ahead of forecasts

All great news

Also from the Progressive Equity Research Update

We also note that Bango has traditionally reported seasonality in revenues with H1 contributing between 35% & 43% of the annual figures

300m to 400m end user growth from June to August shows exponential growth. Originally 300m was targeted for December 2017 so 450 to 500m possible at this rate. 100m growth in 2 months is breathtaking. Absolutely phenominal. Margin expected to be stable at 1.7% ? I had expected that to fall.

Ray Anderson, Chief Executive Officer at Bango, commented:

"With a unique, powerful technology platform and winning strategy to power the world's leading online stores, Bango continues to gain rapid momentum. The largest internet businesses are expanding their use of the Bango Platform to reach new customers and increase the return on their marketing investments.

Adding to the substantial growth achieved by expanding the reach of Google Play and Microsoft Windows Store, in June 2017 Bango technology enabled Amazon to start using carrier billing to collect payments from consumers buying physical goods in Japan.

New capabilities and unique innovations added to the Bango Platform over the last few years are now starting to be used to open similar opportunities worldwide. Bango continues to invest in the development of its platform to embrace additional routes and markets and attract further innovation on the Bango Platform.

Merchant partners benefit from fast growth in existing billing routes, and new payment routes added through the year. New customers with ambitious growth plans are also coming to the Bango Platform as a result of business development activity - especially in the USA and Japan. Bango therefore remains confident of achieving at least 100% year-on-year growth in End User Spend for the third consecutive year."

DCB for Amazon in Japan: Launched Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) for Amazon in Japan. Customers on the NTT Docomo and KDDI networks can pay for the full range of physical goods from amazon.co.jp, charging the cost to their mobile phone bill. The scale of this launch is unprecedented, enabling DCB for physical good sales in Amazon's third largest market

They get very small cut of most online deals.
It means they get Free Money once its all set up.
A fraction of 1p can become billions of pounds!! if they sew up the market.
They are well down the road to having the market sewn up.
Then its gravy all the way to the moon.

EUS, spend all you like, but what's the margin. 400m EUS yet 1.65m income? Maybe I've misread it.

Break even is imminent now so any concerns about more cash requirements are gone. Its just a matter of how big it can get. At present growth rates profits could be 40 or 50 m 4 years down the road. So my ten bagger target is still in my mind.

The below just in, this demonstrates that the Bango platform can accommodate significant additional spend without attracting additional operating costs.

What a business model when everything is profit

From Bango investor relations

Following the disastrous events brought by hurricanes Harvey and Irma, Bango technology is supporting charitable relief by processing a significant volume of charitable donations. Bango works with the tier 1 US Mobile Network Operators to allow users to donate by Direct Carrier Billing.

Due to the charitable character of the arrangement, Bango will not profit from these transactions and will exclude the value of the donations processed when reporting End User Spend.

Given the low liquidity of Bango stock, any employees selling stock could have had an impact on the SP, and this may explain some of the volatility we've recently experienced. I cannot stress enough how few shares appear to be in circulation here. A lot of long term holders and the BoD are simply sitting on shares, very little is on the market for trading. This also means that tomorrow's results could easily see us re-rate in a heartbeat, which has happened here many times.
