btw
PS has stopped reporting his buy/sells or portfolio....since too much criticism about the quality of the notes explaining buys/sells.....so, to avoid the hassle of criticism he stopped reporting his buy/sells.....I fully understand that !

I take your comment about results affecting the share price ...good point..(but it was the annual results in March that started the slide, not the interims)....
...previous explanation of lack of major news (in eyes of the market) since March and its effect on Bango share price and similar shares with no tangible assets or low P/E to support the share price etc...is valid imo and remains...has been spelt out in more detail

the large increase in connections to Mobile Network Operators has also been expanded in more words and the text from the RNS of 5th Nov. copied and pasted.

....but please note, the original intention was not to write an analysis or broker report....just a few quick notes as to why a buy was made.

-----

...Im not trying to push or ramp Bango...eg. Im not posting 10 times a day like Topinfo or Tara7 do to ramp a share. If Bango share price goes up or down, no big deal, I only have a few shares, life goes on !

BTW I dont claim to be a Bango expert, eg. never been to an AGM or met the dirs ...I dont think I've been a holder before till now....normally I dont invest much in expensive shares that are loss making and have no tangible assets to support the sp
(recent buy could turn out to be good timing !, time will tell)

"Ray's vision was to create a business that would be positioned to benefit from the convergence of internet connectivity through mobiles, by providing a software platform that enabled mobile payment.

Having graduated here in Cambridge with a first in computer science, his record is impressive to say the least and little surprise that he has gone on to make his mark at Bango."

the first lines of Bango blog state:

1) "Bought at 135p 27th Dec. 2013"

> There is no date when this was posted......are you saying you are the writer of the blog?

2) "Update Friday 3rd Jan . Bango up suddenly during the day at 12.00, in steps from 138p to 154p approx.
Why bought at 135p ?"

> It would appear the rest of the blog (written by you?) then 'retrospectively' states why you bought - is this correct?

Hey don't get me wrong ...I like Bango and am watching like many others ....but posters like Smithie6 trying to get people to jump in on poor information is just plain wrong.

A very odd fellow.

correct me if I am wrong chaps ....but this blog found by Smithie6 is not very accurate ....

States bought Bango...27th Dec. 2013....handy it was before the rise!

>Bango a few months previously announced that it was going live with Google Play...I thought this was much earlier last year

>The sharp jump in price today might be the result of someone having picked up some inside info or perhaps it has been tipped in a monthly newsletter recently delivered to people...or on-line tipsheet perhaps.....so the guy has no idea then why the share price went up!!!!!! what a clown!

>BGO is a speculative share, with no tangible assets to support the share price....no tech or IP or skills???

>it is very exposed to the release, or not, of news. That is perhaps part of the reason why the share price drifted down from 275p to 130p......So THAT's why it went down!!!!!! Golly and I though it was the update "Tue, 17th September 2013 -
Mobile web payments and analytics company Bango posts after-tax losses of £1.72m for the six months to the end of June - up from £1.25m a year ago."

>If there is no attractive news to keep PIs interested then there are always some sellers attracted by exciting news from other shares, who sell to buy elsewhere. ......err....it was the BAD news on 17/09 quote from investore "Agree that the results were very average to say the least and not upbeat at all . They seem to be collecting an impressive management team (no doubt at big money ) , they need to start delivering on the bottom line . Can imagine those that invested £6m plus back in February are not best pleased . Tempted by the exit door as hordes have done today . Good luck needed for all "

This is a very poor blog .....reposted by a very poor poster....Smithie6 hang your head in shame!

Bango have gone more than a month without any RNS. Normally they're super active. Wonder what's going on, unusual.
