18/4/2012 21:55 | Two words --- Spanish Debt ! Once £3.70 is broken, this could do an RBS or Northern Rock or Lloyds Anyway you get the picture. Expect the dividend to be cut or cancelled. | mreasygoing
18/4/2012 21:51 | Yes I'm aware of the problems Steve, but 12.66%? | kenbachelor
18/4/2012 19:27 | I don't hold this share, but in simple terms can anybody tell explain to me why it yields 12.66% according to advfn? | kenbachelor

18/4/2012 10:02 | DO NOT even mention "bottoms" to Sanks loola.. Not this morning anyway! | nofool
18/4/2012 06:21 | I'm all in spent all my dosh at an average of 4.02 (not bad) I would like to see the share price go north from here for the sake of the 'longs' of which I am now one of course. If the share price sinks from here (don't think it will) I have some dross holdings I can cash in to buy more BNC. Like you Sanks should of bought more but any trading is full of 'should have's' and 'why didn't I's' If the fears are calmed then this could pop back to £5+ quiet quickly. Finally, and I know many posters won't like this....well done Sanks! Love him or hate him his prediction of a £3.90 bottom was astoundingly accurate Don't judge the book by it's loolar cover! | harmonics
17/4/2012 20:30 | Fakn hell, pretty robust bond auction, could rightly be the bottom for BNC after all!!..pisdoff, should have taken a load more!!..anyways, its staying attached to the bed till it hits £8.50. Hope this no brainer has helped...off to find some more! US STOCKS JUMP ON EASING EUROPE WORRIES U.S. stocks rally after a strong Spanish bond auction calmed worries about Europe's sovereign debt issues and investors cheered a round of strong quarterly earnings reports from U.S. companies. | sanks
17/4/2012 16:47 | Sanks - did you buy in at 394p? That could have been the bottom, we shall see! | harmonics
17/4/2012 10:21 | Just keep collecting if it continues a poodee poodaa, but watch for the loola, it will loola all the way to £8.50 in a blink of a nipple. Hope it helps Sanks | sanks
17/4/2012 07:51 | But surely they won't let Spain go the same way as Greece!? Mass unemployment over there. | shugsy
17/4/2012 07:50 | 4spiel It would most likely fall another 30% from here. Should Spain encounter Greece like problems then BNC would be in trouble. Spanish property, Spanish sovereign debt, could be a substantial write down. | shugsy
16/4/2012 23:43 | Yes but do UK people actually ever get chased for not filling in Tax Form 210 that you have to pay someone to do for you ? If you have a property in Spain it might be easier for them but even then you don't have to give your NEI number to buy Santander shares bought from a UK broker. The problem with Spain with taxes is they have a history of avoidance because the taxes are panish shares never declare their capital gain to the Spanish so maybe its no problem ???? | 4spiel
16/4/2012 22:55 | Olive oil economies tut tut. This is their big problem, collecting taxes. | nofool
16/4/2012 20:03 | I wonder what these will be worth on a 30% devaluation in New Pesetas. I know there are substantial ex Spain earnings. As Santander hold the Sovereign debt -i wonder how much of a haircut the bank would suffer on a write down. I read somewhere that if you hold less than £1500 worth of spanish shares you do not need to fill in a spanish tax form (or pay a fine for not)on a disposal but have not been able to recover this information. | 4spiel
16/4/2012 19:22 | Actually I did dip my toe in at 493p when I bought in for the divi only. I only bought a tiny amount then watched it precipitate, but, it did get my attention. | harmonics
16/4/2012 15:15 | Come on, don't be shy, come to daddy...keep coming, i await at 3,94 and 3.72 respectively. Sanks | sanks
16/4/2012 14:31 | Every man for himself mate I'm off in a lifeboat on my own Lol! | harmonics
16/4/2012 14:16 | Can't believe this, i had a buy order in at 3.72, was 20p away from adding..wtf! Thought we were supposed to be friends here! I'm gonna move that buy order to 3.92 instead, just incase i get second bite of the nipple!!!!!!!!!!! Sanksalot | sanks
16/4/2012 14:13 | Could be the sump I have just had to pay 405 | harmonics
16/4/2012 14:06 | I have a request for the normal ones and the nipplesuckers..CAN YOU STOP BUYING for a little longer..i want to buy some more, much cheaper yet. Sheila was looking forward to further poodaa poodee..it would be greatly appreciated. Your help in this very financially sensitive matter would be greatly appreciated Sanksalot | sanks
16/4/2012 13:57 | I have bought purely for the loola jump thats cometh. I have no intentions of even considering a sell regardless of any further drips. Any drips will be seen as an adding option, this ones a no brainer imo, which i will look back come February 13th 2013. I will consider my options with my investment after a good financial shag on that night with the help of Sheila and her best mate...until then, i am happy to collect the 12% divi...thank you my Spanish friends, you Spanish you! Hope it helps Sanksalot........... | sanks |
