This divergence with the US stock markets surely can't continue much longer.

Seems like the first trading day of the new month, and year, on friday provided one reversal intra-trend......but will tomorrow provide the next one around 3pm UK time tomorrow? I am looking to enter a short based position on the ES contracts, ideally around 1127 but will be watching from 1123 and higher. Hope people survived their shorts from friday....Goodnight all.

Well that was quite a showing, the volume during the last 45 minutes was higher than earlier and the last 15 minutes even higher, so a rise on rising volume suggests a continuation of the rise tomorrow. We shall see.
