Very significant sustained falls forecast to drop lower. Oh and you are correct bpc not producing oil because they can't attract a partner to share 28 billion barrels of Oil???????

Well firstly we ain't producing oil at the moment and by the time we drill and hopefully hit what price will oil be then, if oil falls now the cost of producing falls.

Out of interest WTI crude was at 4.30pm uk time is $51.59 down 0.13 or 0.21%


I don't call that significant, surely you can come up with something better than that.

My money is on being a millionaire. Not many companies on AIM can give that possibility for a relatively small outlay. Just need a farmout and the first drill to find some oil.

Robert - The Chinese are active in Cuba and the Gulf of Mexico so why not? More of a left field partner but worth sending the pitch book to them.

They have also invested heavily in the Bahamas tourism sector, hotels etc.

That's the risk... as Ben Proffitt told a shareholder recently "there are no guarantees".

At least they have a clear run now, licenses clearly stipulated, oil price acceptable, cash raise done and offshore exploration appetite returning.

Despite my upbeat posts I am conscious that shareholders could be completely wiped out on BPC.

In that case they've been weeding out the time wasters for around 10 years-If any company was seriously interested in the acreage they would have secured the JV by now rather than loose out to a competitor

The deadline is set is for bids, will the major under exclusivity now come up trumps with a decent offer?

The process is probably also designed to weed out the time wasters who thought they could pick up licenses for nothing.

Going global via the advisors could pull in the Chinese or other big players now.
