Certainly not panic selling-But those that bought in one the highs of the recent pre placing pump are sat on a 50% loss - perhaps exacerbating the fall by cutting losses.

The sells today represent .0017% of the total shares in circulation. I wouldn't call it panic selling just yet.

Yeah Linton. How Bethel knows who the major is, when there are confidetiality agreements and NDA's, would mean the government, and in particular Bethel as he's the legal eagle, need to be privy but obviously cannot say who these oil majors are. As he says he's confident. That's good enough.

No change here... boom or bust, we all know that.

An update within the next 2-3 months on the way forward would settle the nerves for shareholders. Otherwise it would be looking pretty grim towards the end of Q3 this year if no further progress on the farm-in / JV is announced.

As always, I am glass half full with BPC. They have made substantial progress with the government and the US offshore ban will likely push a few more interested parties into discussions.

The news flow will be carefully managed and as we know everything is slow in the Bahamas.

We all know the famous comments from Carl Bethel to the press earlier this year ...


However, Bethel said he is confident that this time the company will drill.

“I have been made aware that they have already commissioned and have an agreement with a major oil company,” Bethel said.

“I cannot say who, but I know who.

“I have every confidence that they will drill…”

This was around 1p before the pre placing hype -Factor in the additional shares involved and the complete and utter lack of progress and you have to say this looks like has sub 1p written all over it.

But you topped up before at higher prices.Are you saying you got it wrong the previous few top ups.As it drifts lower, many will wait for an even lower entry as time is running out and the risks become greater.Also the likelihood of having to raise all the cash for drilling alone is becoming more a concern as the reason macquirie were brought in was as a fallback for going it alone as they're experts in capital raising.
