I'm thinking the Saudi's might pitch up here. Lots of oil strategically just offshore US with Bahamas the gateway for tankers to North and South America. Could have a big influence in the region if they wanted.

Relative Strength Indicator often a good buy sign (when oversold) and sell sign (when overbought) does not often go below 10 unless it is switch the lights off time ....(chart on thread for those who are not aware)
