Saudi Aramco looking for projects and heavier oil for blending. I think they will be interested in Cuba offshore. Being close to the US and their refineries and export market. Saudi won't have to abide by OPEC cutbacks with foreign oil, so they can pump as much as they like while preserving Saudi oil which they say will run out in 70 years.

Something better came along? or maybe Macquarie can act as back stop and gain from any share price increase. My money is still on a JV with someone big. Just takes a long time to go through the process. Bigger the company the longer it takes.
