25/1/2019 11:11 | Hey Linton78, I'll see if I can find you with my drone! (Only joking before any halfwit thinks I'm being serious) | bungeetrader
25/1/2019 11:06 | Interesting comments about the equity fund, HNW investors... that’s the way they will now go in my opinion. This would have been approved by the government in advance. Anyway, I’m having a pint at Gatwick just about to fly out to Jamaica for some much needed sunshine :-) | linton78

25/1/2019 09:50 | Yes appreciated stewart, reading between the lines it appears we have a long wait for any possible jv,timeline= how long's a piece of string?. Just hoping i don't have to wait another 10yrs,although as a contingency plan will leave in my will to my grandson who's 5yr old,he might have half a chance!!:) | martyn9
24/1/2019 20:47 | thanks from me as well stewart. much appreciated. | lithological heterogeneities
24/1/2019 16:17 | Stewart - From memory Simon Potter has circa 60m shares and its 5% odd of BPC. | linton78
24/1/2019 16:16 | Stewart - Thanks for posting the update. Gents - Its not just money invested in the project, he has spent 10 years with BPC and does not want a failed venture on the CV and neither does anyone else internally. The staff are all invested in different ways, Potter with zillions of shares and reputational risk for the others who are not ready to retire just yet. I'm hopeful of a deal being done but its giving me more grey hair right now... :-) | linton78
24/1/2019 16:15 | At the year end accounts Ben was Secretary not a Director so nothing about his holding, I see Simon Potter at that time held only 4M but had 39M options. Mr Potter has been well paid for some years and I assume that can only be through placings, I remember did he defer 90% of his salary but that's still 100K a year, not bad and gets payment in shares for the balance although its now 300K plus per year, I could handle that, surprised he is still there, be ok if he succeeds or at least gives an update. | stewart4980
24/1/2019 15:44 | BigSi2, He said this above "He said he himself was still heavily invested in the project" I'll have a look !! | stewart4980

24/1/2019 09:20 | Ready steady ............. | jotoha2
24/1/2019 09:12 | BigSi - I cant disagree with any of that and I am concerned myself at this stage. I will post a few thoughts later when i have more time. | linton78
24/1/2019 08:43 | Until the licenses are renewed which is far from a forgone conclusion since BPC are now technically in breach of their obligations, this is a rather reckless investment IMO- even if the licenses are renewed its very likely we will have asset based funding no doubt entailing a vast increase in shares in issue, add to that the yearly placing to allow the company to continue as a going concern I see very little reason to invest and many reasons for concern. just my two cents folks | bigsi2
