Hydrogen is not the most efficient use of Electricity. Huge inefficiency is converting to hydrogen and then back to electricity. Lithium is straight storage and use. Also much easier to install electric charging than hydrogen. And not likely to blow as they did in Norway.

I think the bad press on lithium stocks is hitting home, hopefully, short term but very disappointing that Hanwa and Ganfeng have not gone further with their contacts, I always thought, Hanwa were intending to do so.

The Company also continues to explore other avenues of funding. The share headroom sought will allow the Company to raise any additional funding from the equity market to support the construction of the Sonora Lithium Project. The Company recognises the importance of giving its existing shareholders the opportunity to participate in any fund-raising and intends to include an open offer element of up to €8 million in conjunction with any primary placing.
