No I am not Greek but love Greece.

Yes know what you mean the idea of a property abroad is good but it can be problem to look after.The rules for property abroad are no different location location buy the best you can and your rental will be easier. I have friends who live most of the year in Paphos , nice place with a small pool ideal to rent.The property in Greece has crashed and burned with the recession some good bargains to be had !

missed theactual trade but more than happy to see the rise to what would have been my sell point!

Im guessing we'll bobble around this for a while but break north of £3 quite quickly when it goes. Aiming for at least high £3's to mid £4's for these.
