Cant see much happening here (350) for as whilenow.

I forgot I had a limit buy of Azem of £7k at 276p, I kept moving the price up and down.

I just had the text to tell I had the shares

Im sure its because they are an indirect supplier. They make the chemicals that go into the Ipad displays.

Robert, yes the 44m placing was priced at 295p per share.

When I look at AZEM shares traded today it say 6.25 million shares, do these 44 million shares placed not appear in the stock exchange figures.

If this is so then 50 million AZEM shares changed hands today, which if only a price change of down 4.6p means there must have been willing purchasers at around 295 to 300p pretty good for the future.

Could there have been more stake building, what do you think Stavros?

AZ has received notification that The Carlyle Group and Vestar Capital Partners (the original "Major Shareholders") have today each sold their residual shareholding in the Company to institutional investors, through a combined placing of 44,097,548 shares conducted by Deutsche Bank (the "Placing").

mmm City seems keen 4 it and why not.

Tempus also computes the numbers on chip component maker AZ Electronic Materials which dropped yesterday following news of a customer bankruptcy.The shares sit at around 13 times 2012 earnings, not bad for the industry but leave for now says Tempus.

Thats why Tempus is a jorno not a full time trader!!

No immork, I did raise the limit back to 276p but it got no where near it after I changed it.

I'm going to leave the limit buy for another week.
