Will post when I have looked at the software after todays download Rob.
Looking good we have an accumulation signal but don't think its for the Divi.
Would I purchase more have to set a buy above the 317 previous top.
Closed on the high of the day which is what we would expect from today's market.

I did my bit for Azem, I bought my first ever ipad, the £400 basis 16gb is down £70 before the new ipad 3 launches (is it the 16th).

I nearly got one the other day(before the just announced discount) on ebay, supposedly brand new, they said they just took the cellophane off to test it(yer) anyway I bid up to £320 (it was post free) and luckily I was out bid.

I paid £289.52 for a brand new 16gb white ipad2 from John Lewis as my wife gets the 15% staff discount.

I phoned Sunday to see if I could get the staff discount if they delivered it but you have to go to the shop(I suppose to stop fraud) Anyway they said they had 24 in stock of my white model, when I went today at 2 pm I got the last one.

So Azem should be selling plenty of electronic materials to re-stock and produce ipad 3s

AZ files patent infringement claim against UP Chem

AZ Electronic Materials S.A. ("AZ"), a leading global producer and supplier of specialty chemical materials used in the manufacture of integrated circuits and flat panel displays, today confirms that two of its subsidiary companies, namely AZ Electronic Materials IP (Japan) KK and AZ Electronic Materials Korea Ltd, have filed a lawsuit against UP Chemical Co., Ltd ("UP Chem") in Korea. The lawsuit alleges infringement of certain intellectual property rights relating to perhydropolysilazane ("PHPS") dielectric technology.

The complaint, filed in the Seoul Central District Court, specifically alleges that UP Chem infringes AZ's Korea Patent No.10-724301 by making and selling certain PHPS-based spin-on dielectric materials. AZ is seeking a permanent injunction and compensatory damages.

AZ has an intellectual property portfolio across the Group which comprises over 2,000 international patents relating to its processes, technologies and products. This action reflects AZ's intention to vigorously defend its intellectual property rights.

I looked at the Director sells, I'm presuming he sold to be able to fund the options perhaps? Happy to see he still holds plenty!

Tree shake Rob. The market maker's float was running dry so they spiked the price down to try and trigger a few stops and pick up shares on the cheap. It's actually illegal but happens from time to time.

In Paris the week end Rob will have a look in the Apple shop and check prices etc grill the staff.

Directors selling is not as important as Directors buying as per research done on the subject.

An rns today said a director called Ralph Dammel sold 40k of shares at 284.7p he still has 282k shares (0.074% of all AZEM shares)

I can't find him in AZEM directors, could he be a director of Standard Life Investments?

HH, what was the rational of the big shareholders selling up, do they have a price pencilled in when they floated or did an institution come along and offer to take the lot?

Is there anyway to know who bought the 44 mil shares?

sp holds well at 280 and i expect the 280-300 bounce to happen a couple of times.

We are in growth times and with debt being reduced, i expect we are starting to look better to bioth the general market and also as a takeover target.

With the naked trader selling AZEM i expected this to drop some as the readers of his site would probably follow - intreestingly, he also has ear marked this as one to get back into later in the year so looks good anyway.

I'm hoping for a big reduction of the old model so I can get one

Do you know when (is it ipad 3) will be launched in UK

EDIT Daily Mail say March 16th but may be that's USA

General market was due a pull back DOW looked at 1300 and pulled back no panic patience required before we start up again.
