Any views on REIT RLE? Yield 7.84%, ptbv 0.48, P/E 4.72.

"The company invests in well located, real estate assets in the established and markets of central Birmingham and the Midlands. Its source of income is in the form of rents derived from retail, office and residential land and property, new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, refurbishment, change of use and planning gains. It has a range of occupiers from national and regional multiple retailers to government and corporate office occupiers."

Yes, Holts, I asked for the rollover but they gave me cash regardless...

The cash is in HL finally.

I tried to find LIV4 on there but it didn't come up with anything - only LIV2.

What have others done with the proceeds? SUPR's yield looks pretty safe?

And, slightly ridiculously, the cash has appeared in my ii account this weekend 😕 Especially given they've been in touch with me regarding the complexities and difficulties of adding the Obligataire shares to my account! Oh well...

Nothing from Hargreaves yet.

I was thinking about SUPR / API , but both are commercial property. I'm also considering BIPS and HDIV.

Funny you should mention that...what equity based product are folk here going to re-invest it in now/when it arrives?

Cheers

Happy with 91.41p.

Don't rush and spend it all at once!

I think it's either that or: jings, that looks complicated, leave it in the suspense account untill Tarquin with the big brain breezes in on Monday and get him to sort it out ;-)

I assume that is code for "we have received the cash but have only just noticed when we went to look after your enquiry"?

I believe ii have an open account too and that was the reason they were able to allow the rollover. Just heard from iDealing that they haven't received the cash but are "expecting it soon"

Cannot offer information on II, but both AJ Bell and HL have an open account with Caceis Lux so transfer of cash should have been easy.

Got a response from ii on the Obligataire shares:-

We are currently awaiting the new shares from the corporate action and note that there maybe a delay as the new shares are coming in from LUXEMBOURG and will be issued in statement form.

We will update all client accounts once received as applicable.

LUXEMBOURG is clearly SO far away and SO remote that it has to be capitalised to ensure that us clients are aware of just how tricky and dangerous an undertaking of this magnitude is :-)

I wonder if the cash is being ferried over by pony and trap in the shape of a bundle of cheques too?

Nothing yet from Hargreaves, but the message I got said "Cash will be paid FROM 12 September" so I guess that leaves this open til doomsday :-)

I am with AJ Bell and HL. I will be surprised if I see my cash with HL before Thursday. 2 days seems about standard for any sort of corporate action with HL. AJ Bell are a little better but not much.

It's the end of a era for me this one. I've had a nice dividend stream plus I've got a capital gain and it's kept me out of investing in any of the REITs, infra or renewable IT's at the wrong time.

I am happy enough to take the cash and de-risk my portfolio. CoCo's may not be the best place to be if property prices start heading downwards briskly.

I shall largely sit on the cash for a while apart from around 10% I shall stick in a 5% FSCS protected bond. That's one extreme to another selling CoCo's to buy FSCS protected debt but that's kind of how I feel at the moment.
