Apparently they have me down for cash , which I didn’t , that is supposed to arrive tomorrow , so can’t help with shares currently.

Has anyone that went for the rollover received Axiom Obligataire units yet? According to ii the shares pay date was 4/9 but, as yet, I don't aeem to have them.

Last sell price was 84p. Prudently assuming at least 5% less than NAV would be 87.1. so likely cash payout somewhere between those two figures I reckon.Anything above 87 a real bonus !

I have probably taken my eye off the ball here as it is a fairly small holding...but...what is the ticker for the rolled over shares and which market are they trading on?

I believe today's the day that the "new" shares will be added to the account, so would like to be prepared for that happening!

About a third instant access at around 5% or 5 year bond around 5.8%

Rest something investment grade. I haven't figured that yet but probably an ETF.

That's the end of this one for me and I look forward to the cash arriving in a few weeks.

It's been a good investment but I'll be happy to invest in something a little less risky going forward.

Suspension of Shares



Further to the announcement made by the Company on 1 August, and in accordance with the circular in relation to the proposed voluntary liquidation of the Company, the Company has requested that the Company's ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") be suspended from trading with effect from 07.30 a.m. on 29 August 2023. The Company will subsequently request the cancellation of the listing of the Ordinary Shares as soon as reasonably practicable following implementation of the proposed liquidation of the Company.

Yes. Received a corporate action in my ISA with ii. Choice of rollover OR cash. Only cash option offered by iDealing

Anyone hold these with INteractive , they have offered no choice or indication that there may be a choice re the cash or rollover ,I have had voting option re liquidate or not .

Same msg from Hargeaves; "We are unable to hold this fund on our platform so you will automatically receive a cash payment in place of your holding."

Best to wait and see.

iWeb similarly cash option only. However it looks like AJ Bell will accept rollover.

LOL, I wasn't wanting to name names at the moment-but as it seems to be a fairly genuine refusal I'll sat it was iDealing.com! ii are currently offering the rollover option

Your broker is correct in that the new AXOB shares will not settle through CREST and they would have to open a bank account with CACEIS.

Just had a message from my broker saying they are having to go for the cash option rather than the rollover as the rollover shares are not Crest eligible, so they can't hold them. Anyone able to add anything to this?
