I see it now. That 240k from yesterday soaked up most of what the seller had left.

The 21,901 sell is soaked up by the 24,500 buy and then the15k buy took what the MM had left.

94.75p to buy 1k now.

The NAV keeps going up. Now at 106p yet the share price isn't moving. Looks like someone has been selling out since July.

Discount to NAV is now 12.5% which seems excessive to me, especially if I compare with private investors favorite NCYF which is trading at a 9.5% premium to NAV.

Edit: My purchases this morning seem to have soaked up the spare volume at 92.84. New buying price is 94.75 for the moment.

NAV has taken 4 weeks to get back to 104p, which is where it was when AXI went XD on 05/08.

So, 9 weeks left to go to improve the NAV before the next dividend comes along.

I don't have RECI. VIP is not on my list. I'll take a look. Thanks.
I'm somewhat anxious about commercial property valuations and have little exposure. What I have left I'm definitely looking to reduce rather than add.

FWIW I trimmed a few RECI this afternoon to raise my cash levels a bit(a bit fearful that markets are a touch "goey") BUT I still have plenty left

Thanks again CWA1 and CC2014. FWIW, I also picked up a few BIPS yesterday to forget about. Have either of you sold RECI by the way? I'm minded to hold on despite the slight premium as all I really care about is the sustainable yield.

Also - any views re VIP? 14% discount, 5.5% yield.

"The Company’s policy is to invest in directly held UK commercial property, property-backed securities listed on the London Stock Exchange and cash or near cash securities. The Company will not invest in overseas property or securities or in unquoted companies. UK directly held commercial property will usually account for at least 80% of the total portfolio but it may fall below that level if relative market levels and investment value, or a desired increase in cash or near cash securities, make it appropriate."
