Excellent statement !

Still holding from 6.4p, with such a small market cap still, increasing
business and profits and dividend i think fair value for axi is now
between 12 and 15p.

Axis Intermodal PLC
20 June 2007

Axis Intermodal PLC ('Axis Intermodal' or the 'Company')

Annual General Meeting Trading Statement

The Annual General Meeting of Axis Intermodal plc was held today and all
resolutions proposed were duly passed.

Robert Montague CBE, the Executive Chairman made the following statement:

'The 2006 results reflect the continued strengthening and growth of our
business. The Group, under the Axis Intermodal brand, has made further positive
progress in the first five months of 2007.

UK market conditions have continued to improve and contract hire pricing remains
very resilient. Our overall fleet of trucks and trailers has already increased
by 40% and the number of new business prospects remains healthy.

Germany performs in line with our expectations managing the swapbody fleet on a
revenue-shared basis, not only in Germany but in Switzerland, Austria, and
Benelux. The fleet has grown over 12% so far with 23 new contracts and 11 new
customers as we increase the fleet with an anticipated 1,300 new units during
2007.

Having completed the Group restructure, under the Axis brand, the Board
continues to focus on increasing profitability and shareholder value.'

Both you guys should look at CHL and stop arguing. If it gets marked down on Monday after yesterdays rise, looks a fantastic opportunity. DYORAA as I am sure you always do.

Nope, everyone knows you posted as quotes_4_u and never pointed out you were Gravey/Daydreamer.

We all had the long running row here about it before, I'm not getting into it again. I don't give a flying fig about Tandem, you're welcome to it. I've had my profit, I'm happy and out. As I've said no end of times, there's probably more in them, I don't care. I haven't said everything will tank or crash, I would just like to release a lot of the very untradeable stuff into spikes and if I have much in my portfolio it will be pretty liquid in size, probably FTSE250, where if the market tanks you can be out in hours rather than days. My Pension I'm not bothered about, it's long term holds there. All my tightly held hard to trade stuff is in my pension and my wife's pension. If the S&P breaks out I'm happy to buy stuff back even if that means taking a loss if it means in the short term I'm not stuck in a load of illiquid small caps like BMC or this in mt portfolio which I need to live off. I lived through the 87 crash and saw shares plummet - 27% off the FTSE in two days - 40% off some small caps in 2 days and you couldn't sell. I won't be caught in something like that again. That was preceeded by a bond colapse as we are seeing now - if that happens again I'll be buying yout TND off you and others for 7p not 17p. If the markets stay solid and the S&P does make new highs there will be plenty of opportunities for me to find bargains. I couldn't give a toss whether TND reach 25p in the next two days - I'm not a buyer of tiny caps in this market - I'm a holder of what I've got in my pensions and that's it.

But of course - you know everything, you have direct psychic access to my portfolio, 2 ISA's and 2 Pensions and you know all my trades.

Sorry Pedro - But Quotes who also used other handles that he never owned up to using like Daydreamer and Gravey is fond of calling me and others lairs when he's the deceptive multi-handle poster on these BB's.

Morning cr.

Again i think you sold out here a while back but this is a great
chance to prove me wrong by selling and naming the trade before
it shows because again i think you are telling porkies.

But this time you can make me apologise but only if you really
do still hold Axi and name the trade.

Alcohol and posting here are a dangerous mix.

No way of knowing but have to be hopeful, it's ok for us as
we have stock from 6.4p and lower, others have paid much
higher so i hope it comes good for them and not us.

8.1p bid for 40k v 8.44p offer for 75k.

Should be a trading update next week, lets hope it's a good one
especially for those who have paid 9p and upwards for stock.

8.37p bid for 100k v 8.91p offer for 25k.

Dire day on the markets so far this morning so it looks like some
profit taking, cannot see any buying anywhere on my monitor.

Nice limits this morning.

8.7-9.21p online spread...100k v 10k.

So that large sale yesterday has not changed much as the mm's
still seem to want to buy stock in size to balance up their books.

L2 is 2 v 3.

quotes_4_u

And a mm took a 134k sale and even paid a slight premium on
the bid price.

Maybe that 450k is still being worked back to the mm who sold
it much higher.
