21/5/2007 11:53 | 8.1-8.25p...100k v 15k online so good limits. I would like it lower to buy some back but even i can see that seems unlikely today given those strong limits. | quotes_4_u
21/5/2007 11:02 | I'm in Bucks, it looks very overcast here - think there's rain later. Looking at the sells absorbed by tthe mm's today there's a big buy order in the market imo. CR | cockneyrebel
21/5/2007 09:24 | 7.85p bid for 100k v 8.23p offer for 15k. Little shake to try and get cheaper stock | quotes_4_u
21/5/2007 09:12 | CR. Whats the weather like in London, will it rain in the test match ? | quotes_4_u
21/5/2007 09:07 | AXI were a Smaller Companies "Buy" in Investors Chronicle (page 34) on Friday, therefore several buyers on Friday and this morning. | qazwsx123
21/5/2007 08:52 | the surge in volume on Friday (2.5 million) was way above the normal trading volume (ca 0.5 M) if some of the buys were reported as wells, makes me conclude the price will rise to ca 11-12p, as they (still) short on stock after Friday | andrbea
21/5/2007 08:45 | Nice rise. 10p soon? | qazwsx123
21/5/2007 08:39 | 8.1p bid for 100k v 8.65p offer for 75k. So new buyers meet profit takers this week i feel but enough evidence today to suggest you wont be seeing sub 7p again. | quotes_4_u
21/5/2007 08:17 | I agree CR...Look where the share price was only 12 months ago... | pedrojack
21/5/2007 08:12 | flying, got to be worth 10p+ for this growth and yield imo CR | cockneyrebel

19/5/2007 19:06 | Issaacs in TOU is a basket case imo quotes. He bought shedloads days before a trading up date (which is supposed to be insider trading) saying they were ahead (about 2 years ago or so). The company failed to perform and he was totally wrong. He's bought several times since and still they haven't got their act together. For some it's an ego thing and I wonder just how well Issaccs knows his own business (he was a mini disaster when it was Moneybox too) so a good case for avoiding following his trades imo. CR | cockneyrebel
19/5/2007 18:53 | Fd is the most important person to buy stock imho. 6.5p again, no chance, would love it but too many people now have seen Axi either by reading IC or seeing Axi as the biggest riser for a while on the bulletin boards. I'll be surprised if they manage to get the price down much from here and i'm one of the people who would love to buy back my top slice cheaper but cannot see it. edited. | quotes_4_u
19/5/2007 18:45 | Yep, that's quite interesting azalea. As I see it tho Canvin is a non exec and has sold whereas the buyer is the FD. If it's a game of Chess the FD is the king when it comes to share-dealing imo, whereas a non-exec is more a pawn imo. I think a director can have genuine reasons for selling, like divorce, house move etc but generally they make me wary. With the FD buying them tho there can't be much other than appreciation in the price expected imo, especially as you have one seller but several buyers imo. Over all that's a positive movement in the shares imo. CR | cockneyrebel
19/5/2007 18:16 | Perhaps one needs to be careful after a 32% intra-day rise, as the subsequent fall back suggests. I do not see the AGM adding anything more significant than the already declared orders for tractors and trailers, etc, which will need time to show through to the bottom line. The 80% reduction of George Calvin's holding (most bought by fellow drectors @ 6p)puzzles me and it would be interesting to know why. Certainly the IC article was already at the printers by the time of that announcement. However, if the the share price fall's back to circa 6.5p I will very likely add. | azalea
19/5/2007 17:57 | AGM is on June 20. I'll be adding before, you can pretty much guarantee those that are interested will be buying ahead of that for news from the company. The chart has moved into an uptrend and broken out too on Friday. I read the IC tip today - they are talking about a WH Ireland forecast divi of 7.3% @ 6p. That means a 0.44p divi. If so the yield is still 5.5% nearly @ 8p. 0.7p eps leaves these on a PE of 11 too, with pre-tax profit forecast to nearly double, which still seems very cheap and with a 5.5% yield they slook hideously cheap still imo. They have to deliver still but with directors prepared to buy shares at nearly 7p then they seem confident imo. CR | cockneyrebel
18/5/2007 17:58 | 500k definately a sale. Cant have everytrade a buy, it's stalled for a while at 7.75p offer and i think that is where the 500k was cleared along with further buying upto 8.5p. On Thursday Axi was friendless, i was scratching my head to why this failed to attract buyers at 6.3p and today they scramble to pay upto 8.5p purely on a IC tip, it's on the punters radar now, doubt you'll see 6.5p offer again unless it issued bad news and that seems unlikely right now as things seem to be going so well for the business and it also having such a low valuation. | quotes_4_u
18/5/2007 17:21 | trades till going thru eg 100k buy at 17.20h | andrbea
18/5/2007 16:47 | the 500k could be a buy too (eg if filled early on in the day) let's hope we get some w/e press comment | andrbea
18/5/2007 16:44 | G T Fourth Non mon ami. Monsieur George Calvin. | azalea
18/5/2007 16:42 | 200k T a buy i agree, 500k i think is a sale, it was 7-7.75p for ages with sustained buying so that looks a big seller cleared. Actually a 736k late trade at 6.75p on my monitor, not sure what that is. Cracking day, bit of profit taking to be expected, but to close 7.5p bid from 5.75p is excellent. Have a great weekend all. | quotes_4_u
18/5/2007 16:10 | 7.61-7.91p..50k each | quotes_4_u |
