Aviva plc (the "Company") announces today that, acting through its corporate stockbroker, Citigroup Global Markets Limited (the "Broker"), it has purchased the following number of the Company's ordinary shares of 32¹⁷/₁₉ pence each.

 

Date of purchase:	24 April 2024
Aggregate number of ordinary shares of 3217/19 pence each purchased:	348,550
Lowest price paid per share (GBp):	463.90p
Highest price paid per share (GBp):	466.00p
Volume-weighted average price paid per share (GBp):	464.68p

 

The Company will purchase these shares through the Broker on the London Stock Exchange and will subsequently cancel them.

 

These share purchases form part of the Company's existing buy-back programme which is expected to be completed over the period from 08 March 2024 to 28 June 2024, details of which were announced on 07 March 2024.
