22/1/2015 10:31 | uppompeii Is it you who has the audacity to give my post the 'thumbs down'!! | bracke

21/1/2015 17:34 | Now don't you seek to excuse yourself in that fashion! Your post stated that I was negative. You need to understand that Elite Gurus are neither negative or positive when analysing SP's. They are simply stating the probable direction of a price and the likely S/R zones. Use of terminology such as 'negative' and 'positive' have emotional connotations. In addition an analysis described as 'positive' may be negative to another eg shorter. It appears further self beating may well be required. I trust you will remember this in future and not cause me to mention it again! | bracke
21/1/2015 16:53 | Oh my. I use EG's call of a bottom as a buy point and the EG sees it as an affront. How temperamental our EG's are! Of course my self beatings count for nothing. | uppompeii
21/1/2015 16:13 | "I recall your negativity at 465, indeed it was my prompt to buy..." ==================== HOW DARE YOU!!! On 11 December I posted at 21564: "500 didn't last long did it? Two probabilities 1 Support at 483 and/or 2 Further down to test the last low at 467. The price action suggests it will be 2." And what did it do! Three trading days later it had dropped to 458. I rest my case. If there is any further attempt to besmirch my reputation I shall be forced to take further action. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! | bracke
21/1/2015 15:52 | I recall your negativity at 465, indeed it was my prompt to buy... | uppompeii
21/1/2015 15:46 | Ref Post 21654 "The share price closed above the Daily SMA 200 but no rest for the wicked....sorry holy. Keep it moving up and there is a good probability of 528 so no back sliding." ==================== 528 reached. Not wishing to be considered negative but it may find difficulty in moving higher before a retrace. If it does manage to continue upwards, 540 is target and likely resistance. Watch price action closely. | bracke
21/1/2015 09:40 | Gary have a look at swiss re divi. | philo124
21/1/2015 09:03 | The share price can only be down to the initial market reaction, the conversion doesn't give a fixed share price in the market place. Can't help on the divi, I've not seen any forward guidance on it but your yield will be in that ballpark, though Aviva's policy is focused on a recovering yield. I'm sure there are some more recent independent forecasts than the slightly negative ones in december. | uppompeii
21/1/2015 01:17 | Can anyone explain why FLG is trading at 390,yet AV.is only 516,when on conversion at 0.74 AV. should be 527.Also what are the future Dividend payments of AV. after the takeover of FLG.I held AV. for 10 years, but Sold out when they had to reduce the Dividend. Also hold PHNX and HSD both yielding 6.5% and 9%.So if AV. are only going to pay 3/4% then my FLG money will not be staying in AV. but that of PHNX and HSD for higher Dividends. | garycook

19/1/2015 16:40 | Well done O' Holy One The share price closed above the Daily SMA 200 but no rest for the wicked....sorry holy. Keep it moving up and there is a good probability of 528 so no back sliding. Yes I know your back is in tatters but just focus on the multiple 6ps' | bracke
19/1/2015 15:02 | Remember when Pru and Aviva were at parity a few years back? Still an incredible £10.00 between them...and we think Aviva has recovered well! | uppompeii
19/1/2015 14:39 | Excellent!! You've got it over the Daily SMA 200 Just keep the flagellation going you don't want the share price slipping back after all your praying and suffering (I hope you are suffering? If you are enjoying it, it does not count!). | bracke
19/1/2015 14:17 | I'm flagelling away...and noting a 50 and 44p gain on my last trades.... | uppompeii
19/1/2015 12:20 | Come on uppompeii! You've got it up to the SMA 200. Now some extra devoutness required to move it above resistance. May I suggest a spot of self flagellation. | bracke
17/1/2015 20:26 | I hope the palaver in Greece doesn't put us backwards now. Things are starting to look good for Aviva now........ | geardown107
16/1/2015 18:40 | Well done 'O Holy One' Best get some ice on to those knees...........in preparation for Monday. Yes you will have to continue with the praying on Monday. The share price is at an important level just below the SMA 200. You will need to be particularly devout to move and hold it above that level but the reward could be well worth it. A break and hold above the SMA 200 opens up the Sunny Uplands leading to 530 or even 540. There are many deserving shareholders depending on you to deliver them from the evil clutches of the 480s'. Please do not disappoint them. | bracke
16/1/2015 16:27 | And rise.... | uppompeii
16/1/2015 11:23 | SP is testing support at 500. uppompeii You need to be down on your knees praying that 500 holds......is there anyone who can help you get up? | bracke |
