06/8/2021 14:13 | Well said boysie....big Al is the creative genius. Anyone know if he's back from hols yet and ready for another stonking RNS? | cheshire pete
06/8/2021 14:10 | Boysie OK. I've been here long enough on the board to know individual's stance on things. Cool by me, we see things differently but both hold. BTW, I never said he should be removed and hoped the lessons learned will aid his CEO leadership. | fictitious1
06/8/2021 14:06 | Of course One_Frankel, he has earned the right to see the LFT thru to production and sales. Will assess further down the line. However, whilst we waited over 18 months for this to come to fruition, there's been numerous rns's re. distribution and manufacturing partners. Here we are one of the companies has already run out of product and we are looking to 'ramp up'. No data given re. potential orders and production numbers. Whatever happened to all those companies on standby? I'll not mention the last fund raise as it was discussed to death at the time. Suffice to say it was an opportune moment backed by the Nomad. I don't want to make it sound like AS bashing, but equally he shouldn't get a free pass. Good to see the last rns omitted any firm timelines! | fictitious1
06/8/2021 13:42 | Undoubtedly there has to be a precedent between the scientific and commercial sides of any business in building shareholder value Fictitious...But considering that AS has been instrumental in not only the IPO back in 2006 and the fund raising & M&A activities of the Group since inception, I doubt he can be considered as someone who only understands the science side of the business... There's no immediate rush, demand is continuing and the market will soon realise the value! | one_frankel
06/8/2021 13:10 | lantanatony6 Aug '21 - 12:49 - 32664 of 32669 Spot on imo. But glad some others have recognised this as I do not believe AS is fit to be a CEO of a PLC. A Chief Scientific Office would be more apt for him as he appears so detached from the commercial elements of the business. Most of his presentations, Webinars and interviews are research orientated with little regard for the timeframes. I was in R & D and you can get away with any waffle 'further research required' type of perpetual development. A job for life. Here's hoping the company has turned a corner and start delivering the revenues. | fictitious1
06/8/2021 13:03 | I can’t workout whos more worse CEO. Alastair Smith Or Colin King!!! | boxer_1
06/8/2021 13:02 | Not expecting any rise here till we see SALES/ORDERS!!! | boxer_1
06/8/2021 13:00 | Lets be blunt ... without uk gov contracts actually producing it.ll be hard. They.ll need some stella overseas distributors (or some fastrack gov stuff) to shift truly remarkable volumes , but sales are still key to Avacta overall medium term financing plans. Fingers crossed. share price a bit jaded ...surprising. Hey ho. | amanitaangelicus

06/8/2021 11:56 | Rebby is suffering from mental health issues best to be ignored | whitevulture
06/8/2021 11:49 | It seems Avacta don't have an effective sales and marketing director. Time for the academic Board members to address this void and support the loyal shareholders. IMHO. | lantanatony
06/8/2021 11:37 | Awwww poor Reb little cry baby is ignored and filtered by everyone on Baps thread for being an idiot lamo | boxer_1
06/8/2021 11:33 | Vulture There are only 3 things can move Ncyt share price to north. 1] DHSC dispute resolved in ncyt favour 2] Whopping big contracts 3] A Takeover | boxer_1
