67k reported at 280p. Can't be a sell from today - wouldn't have got that high a price. So 98% chance it's a buy, which explains the rally.

I read into this that management will give the undervaluation about 6 months and if nothing realistic in price then either a sale or move to USA. Behind the scenes work has already been done. So beware there is a real chance of significant corporate action.

Smithie , is another shorter posting garbage.

BOOM is an excellent company in a hot sector.Share price will either rerate or the company will get bought out at a significant premium.

Imo never ending poor results from this company.

Paying podcasters a fixed amount, & a big sign on fee & "then" trying to find advertisers to pay to put adverts on those podcasts, what a stupid business model imo. It starts with a loss from day 1 for a new podcaster, which it hopes to reduce to breakeven, to start with.

One new podcaster is Arnold Schwarzenegger's daughter. Her podcasts are about being a parent etc.
I'd rather watch paint dry !

Adjusted EBITDA, I don't think I have seen that being called "profit" before !!

Profit is not, imo, adjusted EBITDA.
'adjusted EBITDA (1)' is that alone & nothing else.
And since the value is so marginally positive it surely means that the PAT is a loss.

Various losses due to onerous contracts.

CONCLUSION ?
Complete incompetence imo.

(Doing contracts is one of the main tasks of the company. Business model is to sign up podcasters & to sign up advertiser's. Usually using contacts.
And they can't even get that right !!
