MMs playing games again bid higher, bid lower |
Surprise, surprise, so far a 622 shares bought, but a funny 1 and 2 trades and the bid gone to 600p from 586p.
Many do ask from time to time why those trades?, well my interpretation is a signal to other MMs. (.. We have been taking the p!ss from the investors for too long, time to make money cutting the spread )
But most likely, there was a large buy and with luck, it will be reported at some point or they are filling an order, well above 502p. |

There are complaints of Market Maker's manipulation at other places, but it seems there is more than that.
The comments are pointing to BERENBERG and my last news is their spread is more than 100 points difference.
So are two points negative in their book so far.
The other is 9,070 Buys v 5,377 sales, and the shares are lower for the day and this is happening for a few days now.
Not for sure but I will call them CROOKS ( what they do is their own business ) but doing prices for their own personal gain is immoral and against the rules of Market Making.
The persons working for this stock are playing with Fire and hope they get burned before long |
