are audiobooks part of the podcast industry?

does BOOM do books?

I say this as my novel "KILL THE CODER WITH THE LOWEST SCORE" (available on Amazon)
does not, as yet have an audio version. I might bung it on BOOM if they do such as thing.

Anyone know?

I like you guys better :) besides which I have a holding in Boom, and that's only cos I believe Boom could play a part in a very much bigger picture. Imagine where for a share swap where AAA / Boom could be trading today, instead of wallowing in self pity.

Why have all you guys migrated here from AAA. A company which was a sham and headed by Sargent and who probably brought in Bonnier as a shareholder amongst other bandits.Just leave and let Audioboom get on and run it's business.

If CV leveraged £30M against his Boom shares with BOS. As the Boom shares dropped in value BOS would have made a margin call against CV. This would have meant that CV would have had to sell more Boom. Again and again, as the price went into free fall, he could have taken a short position on the stock and is now desperately trying to buy it back at his "strike" price. So through in a law suit, destroy Aaqua destroy Aaa, just destroy as much as you can. All that counts right now is that they could get their short filled. I'm inclined to believe RB should not be to blame but instead CV.

Well is it? As far as I know RB gets the blame for everything. They even use the Times for their fight against him. In my opinion the world looks a bit different. Reading the court case documents RB might have a good case. Time will tell.

Master has a lot to answer for on here.
Maybe master sucked in some of the losers that are now trapped here …

I reckon RB was Infact having real world takeover talks. However in his over exuberance informed CV as one would since he was an investor, then someone decided to release that confidential information to the press for their own personal gain. In turn they took a long position, as the news was not official the potential talk of takeovers got withdrawn, and then someone took a massive short position. The question remains who was that person. Well it's pretty obvious isn't it.

Imo BOOM shares at present are un investable..... due to the fact they could be suspended... due to security's + exchange rules ..Hope not ...and hope I'm totally wrong ... anyone ?

Looks like receiving 30 M off bank. 2 million shares as security.Then a plan was hatched to short the stock .... buy back the 2 M shares. At odviously a lower price.Then pocket the difference !! Legal ? It' looks to have totally backfired.

Moreover, the Claimant has consistently refused to confirm and or deny that other Audioboom transactions were entered into, or that through third parties, deliberate short positions were created once the Claimant had received this cash from the Bank of Singapore.''In recent months other malicious matters including dealing in Audioboom shares, and active co-ordination between various parties and individuals have come to light. These will be addressed in the Damages Inquiry and the Defendants reserve all their legal rights to bring additional claims if so advised.''
