I wouldn't touch it as their turnover has been quite good but profit is poor and they are now issuing a profit warning.Based on previous results I would only value it around 200-250p a share at best.After this warning I would say a bit lower now but there is no sign of substantial future growth (quite the opposite) so what would be the end goal of buying it...where is the higher valuation going to come from.

Steven Smith.. non executive on the board of Directors for Audioboom, also been a close advisor to the Candy brothers for 15yrs. It's hard to believe that nudges and winks aren't happening behind closed doors.

The way I read it is this-

they state today-
"Eliot and Luther (Singapore) Pte Ltd (E&L) has received powers of attorneys to vote 1,221,129 Audioboom Group plc (Audioboom) shares from holders who have been separately identified"

This is a 7.46% Holding.

They said in February - "entered into an initial Consortium Agreement in respect of ordinary Audioboom shares representing more than 10% of the current outstanding shares"



They also say today-

"As of 13 June 2023, Eliot & Luther (Singapore) Pte Ltd has received signatures to a Consortium Agreement dated 15 February 2023 separate to the above Audioboom Group plc shares."

I read this as they now have consortium holding of 7.46% + 8.37% (holding RNS today)
Consortium signed agreement on Tuesday + 8.37% in E&L name who have power of attorneys to vote. So they control 15.83%

E&L are Bonnier's legal representatives. In Feb they announced "The Consortium" and stated they had 10% of shareholders in BOOM, then in March they said they have 14% of shareholders...

...so now they are at 8%, so they've either lost shareholders, or lied about how many they had in the first place. I'd go with the latter.

E&L themselves only have 150K direct votes in BOOM, so less than ~1%.

This smells like another blatant ramp from Bonnier & co.
