It seems even Tobin is getting short of cash in this World of high rates, he managed to buy 1,000 shares yesterday, I have never seen so much misery on his purchases, so getting from bad to worse.

Maybe he was trying to get a round figure 740,000 shares and 4.50%..............

Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 3 April at a price of 400 pence per ordinary share.

Following this purchase, Michael Tobin holds 740,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Just look at the share price ?
You have been given every opportunity on here yet you have let the investors like wooty / gammy/ nigel etc down .

Festario, are you saying that Master “ chart man “ has no super powers ??
When the price goes up he always gives us a supporting chart to tell us what we already know .
When the price reverses he doesn’t appear as he is creating new charts for future price rises .
He is not of this Earth .
He crash landed on this planet many years ago , one of probably only a few survivors from the planet Chart .
His home planet was doomed after they used up all the trees to produce trading charts … so he set off on a fantasy adventure ..

Stick to at VRS thread will be the advised for you.
Buy cheap sell high is what I do, and wait for the next cycle

Selecter at the "UPS" thread on the 14 March at 412.50p it kept rising to 475p on the 23 March.
Some they sold around those dates.

Lets be real there really is no balanced views on here. I agree if you mention the 3 mil loss then at-least mention why that was. There are risks in every stock, more so on AIM but looking back a few years Audioboom have done well to sign them contracts and make Audioboom cash generative. I like the risk vs reward at these levels.

mainly due to the higher non-cash share-based payment charge of US$4.4 million related to the awarding of share options during the year. The business itself is sound at the moment as-long as they keep on winning them contracts.

Gross profit of 3m (3.6m dollars) yet still loss making and valued at 72m...market cap is too high based on those figures alone.
