He's a gambler in it for a trade. Takeover rumours are just that, rumours that have gone on for months without any action? However good it is, Do we think the underlying business is fairly valued at these levels considering the vast run up?

Blimey - this is a bit overdone here. I keep telling myself that nothing has changed in terms of the finances of the company and that the general market is a tad nervous at the moment I am however intrigued that, unlike before when at these levels, there hasn't been any Director buying. Perhaps Tobin hasn't got any left down the back of his sofa! Any thoughts?

The mark-down looks much large than the size of the selling 16K volume, but today everything is down so MMs do not care.

FTSE is down 85 points and FTSE 250 is 400 points in the red

at 1830 v 1840p buyers are appearing
