Whilst Audioboom seems to be rife with rumours of potential takeover, perhaps the recent market rout (notably in tech), will be good for long term investors....JMHO, but potential suitors might be put off at having to pay what the board would accept as it would no doubt be much, much higher than the current price, bearing in mind that the stock was in the £22's not too long ago. In the meantime the company goes from strength to strength, with improved figures that seem to be announced almost monthly. The market will respond eventually with a higher stock price which will mean that any suitors will only have to pay more.All in, buyers of the company will have to stump up big time or pay even more later. Hopefully it will be later and in the not too distant future I can see a dividend flow starting to appear from this company. We will see.

At each announcement it appears that Audioboom is going from strength to strength. It will be interesting to see what is said by management after the AGM in their meeting on 18.7.22

Audioboom climbs global podcast publisher rankings

Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, is pleased to announce that, according to Triton Digital's May 2022 Podcast Reports, it is now ranked as the third largest US podcast publisher based on the number of average weekly users.

In the US, Audioboom averaged 6.7 million users per week during May and moved into third position.

Audioboom has continued to outperform its competitors over the last twelve months in the Triton Digital Podcast Reports. Triton's US report highlights Audioboom's 55% growth in weekly downloads between May 2021 and May 2022 - during the same period the top 10 publishers, excluding Audioboom, grew at 23%.

I look for posters that actually really do know what they are talking about , and the truth is I have hardly found any at all.

ADVFN is 99% comedy value only .

But in my opinion everyone needs to take profit on the way up and have a sell out strategy at all times .
Also they need to learn to walk away before becoming financially crippled.
Take emotion out of it .
Stick to the figures you set .
Most of all , don’t get sucked in by blatant derampers and rampers on here.
No charge for my advice 😊.
