the founder of Ideabrew was the head of Audioboom India operations before they shut down the Indian arm of the business. (I assume it was to conserve money. with the business geared to achieve profitability, I imagine it will be all systems go on all fronts).

I thought we had given up on India so nicely surprised to read the RNS today. That is a potentially huge untapped market. RRB are you still holding?

We are at a £100M market cap now. At the turn of the year I predicted that was likely what the Directors may be looking for as an exit price. And at 190p in December I would have bitten their hands off for 600p!

Roll the the clock forward 3 months and we are beyond £6...the BoD must have a figure in mind to sell at. I would just love to know what that figure is!!...as things stand I would put it at £150m or £9 a share a 50% premium from here...

Not really sure if I am too interested in exit at the moment. Once the company becomes profitable then there will be the finance to accelerate the growth.

Unfortunately they may not have that option to stay independent if a high enough bid comes in. The trade-off for management is what they think they can achieve staying independent for a while Vs the premium the buyer is willing to pay.

We are on the cusp of a £100M Market cap. 6 months ago I thought £100M at a stretch would be what the company aspires to receiving at exit. Now we are there, the end game price is going to be north of that. So the real question now is what is the likely exit price the Directors are envisaging?
