21/1/2021 15:21 | that video now on ggp share board , a good example for other shares | bunz3
21/1/2021 08:06 | Wonder who was responsible for that £600k buy the other day? Cant be one of the usual suspects or I would have thought we'd have had an RNS by now. Interesting. | mrbear2
19/1/2021 14:04 | We shall see Rachel. If US investors are buying then it's because of the undervaluation and take over target. The U.K. Investor is so tunnel visioned it's unbelievable. Do they not see what is happening in the US and global market in podcasting. Audioboom may be listed in London (unfortunately) but it's a US company in every other respect with the majority of revenue US based. It will succumb to a U S bidder. | wooty01

19/1/2021 12:15 | The market value is 2.93 atm. That is all that matters. Frustrating as hell as I am still a big boom fan and yet they cannot get the market to love them. Regardless of opinion, US equivalent etc. the share price is all that matters!!! | rachelrileysbra
19/1/2021 11:50 | Audiboom has just released stella performance for 2020. What other company is showing this growth in this very difficult times. Almost breakeven for Q4 with a £200k loss. Plenty of finance to continue to grow. No point in arguing or even debating whatever may be perceived as negative as it depends on where you are coming from in analysing Audioboom. The facts are laid out for anyone to freely interpret. As bobby posted the market value here is a minimum £4.2 as per the new Note out today issued by Allenby. This is on 2.5 X 2021 revenue of $35.4m. The lowest ranking multiple in USA is LibSyn at 5 X revenue. This would give Audioboom a price of £6.5 on a 12 month trailing or £9 on 2021 forecast revenue. You are either happy about this, or choose to ignore the current position. | wooty01
19/1/2021 11:45 | The problem with BOOM is that it is being weighed down by its past baggage. Plenty on retail investors including myself are still under water. Some will be glad to jump off even at breakeven especially if they have had funds tied to the for the last 5 or so years. Hence the sell off at each Since Stuart Last took over the company, however, he has been true to his promises unlike his predecessor who promised much and delivered hot air and nothing else. Personally I believe that BOOM will swing into profit this year, since Stuart is not cut from the same clot as the CEO he replaced ...he tends to choose his words more carefully and not given to making outrageously optimistic forecasts. I am still under water, but having been here for so long I will hate to get out without being fully compensated...especi Once most of the stale investors that wants to exit, have made their exit then I am sure that BOOM will be rerated as there will no longer be a flood of Sells to drag it down at each price rise. | buggy
19/1/2021 11:27 | And multiples of profit is how Tech businesses in US are normally valued is it? As I say, UK investors have totally different thought process...A multiple of 2x Rev is virtually unheard of for a growth Tech stock in a hot sector....If it was trading 10-15x then i'd say reason for caution...but 2x!! It's being missed by retail punters. Probably due to the share consolidation. But this will change if it keeps growing... | bobby1904
19/1/2021 10:34 | the market cap is infinity and beyond x actual profit | jasperthemonkeygod
19/1/2021 10:25 | The last 2 posts below is why BOOM should try & move to an American exchange as investors here simply don't get tech! The mkt cap is only c.2x Rev!! I think in USA this would be 10-20x Rev. Vastly undervalued here.... | bobby1904
19/1/2021 09:58 | Still not at break even, even with big revenue increase. | rachelrileysbra
19/1/2021 08:14 | Selling this here & now will require serious head testing!! | bobby1904
19/1/2021 08:13 | No stopping this now. Particularly encouraged by performing strongly "on all fronts". Looking forward to it going from strength to strength on the back of this. | bbluesky

14/1/2021 14:46 | This is unbelievable performance by Boom on Apple podcasts. Number 1 and 2 in charts! Why doesn't Apple just buy Boom and gets in one acquisition the production, advertising platform and the largest library! | wooty01

13/1/2021 16:45 | The media are reporting deals which have been done. It would be very interesting if they did an editorial on what's remaining for acquisition in the market. If a meaty company with nigh on $30m revenue and on the brink of break even there's only one left. Audioboom. It's only a matter of time. A very short time ! | wooty01
13/1/2021 16:38 | More whoosh I hope ! | wooty01
