Of course it's all great and positive news for AB. It's no chance or luck that the company is ranked 6th in USA. Through a great business plan. Phenomenal achievement for a UK listed company to be up so high in such a competitive market. USA no 1 in the world for podcast consumption.

I have had a very good feeling about this stock for a while. In a hot industry and only a £50M market cap. Large spread means you can't trade it, but if you believe in the company and its business and can stomach the volatility then I believe it could be a top performer over time. No secret the company would like an exit at some point, and frequent small Director buys show consistent confidence. Last trading update showed the company performing ahead of expectations.

Another little CEO share purchase today - I love these little messages the company sends out to shareholders to say ''the price has further to go''. Wish more Directors in other companies would do this on a consistent basis too!

Significant as it is a "real" buy of just under £6k buy by CEO Stuart Last adding a third to his holdings. Not some millionaires whim.

Time for buyers to take over now. Last week Allenby's Note re rated price to £4.20. This is still a low value at only 2.5 times revenue. No reason Boom shouldn't be at a minimum of times, based on ALL other companies is the sector. Boom's business will benefit hugely if it were bought by a major media company which can see revenue growth and synergies.
