Looks like “the good the bad and the rugby” currently number 2 podcast in UK is on audioboom website. I haven’t seen them put any social media coverage out about this.wonder if it is a full 50% rev split or a co hosting deal with other platforms

Regrading the potential sale, from memory the orignal RNS which was pre-covid was suggesting a completion in the 3rd quarter of this year, which we are still in. Covid will probably push that back a bit. There was a further RNS in the trading update which said that the sale process was still expected to run its course so I would say that any suggestion that the sale process has fallen through is somewhat premature. As RRB said if they are no longer looking to sell then there would have to be an RNS. With BOOM just about profitable there would seem to be far less risk than has been the case so as will lots of shares patience is the watchword!!

So Plan B & C, D Plan B Michael Tobin - big in Big Blue Broadband (BBB), #1 in Oz just sold much of their Euro business, so £37m cash.

Boom also a Michael Tobin play - £26m cap. Synergy? Some, but maybe could argue more...

Plan C- list in the US.

Plan D - keep calm and carry on. Not far from profitability.

When I talked to the company about the closing of the India operation I was told that India needs a different model to work best and they did not see the value in adopting such changes. They also added that they would be expanding presence in UK, Canada and Aus.
This move seems like it is for expansion.
I would also suggest that commercial property is becoming much cheaper since covid hence good deals are becoming available so a good time to relocate.

Just a trade.
Sales process is obviously still going on.
They can survive to break even so downside is minimal (unlikely to go bust).
Will get back in at 1.7 (if I am lucky) and sell on news.
