Buyers of PPC up to the qualifying date with the record date being 29 Dec will get 1 Atome share for each 169 PPC shares and also intrinsically a slice of that retained 27.9% of Atome.

Well I am surprised but it's fully funded and "the PPLG facility is being provided without any fees or other payments to PLLG Investments Limited, Peter Levine or any associated entity".

£6m from the placing and A £3m facility from PL. Not quite what was indicated by PL in the presentation but at least he is standing fully behind the Company and we start with a lower valuation, which should be attractive for new shareholders of Atome but maybe not initially for PPC.

Maybe not oversubscribed but it sounds like it's been fully subscribed which is good enough. I expect that to be confirmed at 7am tomorrow but we will see.

We will soon find out the outcome as there should be an RNS at 7am so I suggest we all wait to see the outcome rather than speculating further.

I doubt it (over and above the significant subscriptions of both CEOs already announced) if he clearly could not resist declaring it was fully subscribed.

Let’s see what they say tomorrow. The offer was extended by 24 hours, not a good indication that it was over subscribed. Almost certain that PL took up the slack to get it over the line.

No comments on the presentation just whether the raising was fully subscribed or not?
Im excited by the story and look forward to the listing and the newsflow going forward. Think Olivier is a good figurehead, James comes across well also.

Fully subscribed but with the help of PL’s pocket? That’s my guess. So undersubscribed.

"There is also no shortage of parties interested in the hydrogen and ammonia which the company will produce. One of them is Swiss trading house Trafigura, a large shareholder of Atome and a major trader of ammonia, while others include a Japanese conglomerate which has already made a tentative approach. Talks are also in progress with a number of shipping companies which could be takers of the company’s ammonia when production starts in 2024."

Tomorrow we should find out the outcome, they could be checking up on PPC holding levels today.
