Bodes well AiE,

Will there be interest in Atome Energy’s hydrogen output?
"There is also no shortage of parties interested in the hydrogen and ammonia which the company will produce. One of them is Swiss trading house Trafigura, a large shareholder of Atome and a major trader of ammonia, while others include a Japanese conglomerate which has already made a tentative approach. Talks are also in progress with a number of shipping companies which could be takers of the company’s ammonia when production starts in 2024."

Tomorrow we should find out the outcome, they could be checking up on PPC holding levels today.

Yes should find out this morning.
Shares likely to be delivered ~30/12 which is the first day of trading.
News ahead of 30/12 is likely to be under PPC as ATOM is not admitted until 30/12.

I thought this was typically very quick with PB eg. almost instant notification. I understand it actually takes a while to receive the shares for obvious reasons.

I agree and with both CEOs participating in a meaningful way in the placing and open offer for a raise of just £9m in total I would be surprised if the Primary Bid offer is not oversubscribed.

I notice that Primary Bid now have five documents on their platform and there is also a download available on AtomePLC.com which I have not noticed previously...

Yes they all seem very upbeat and motivated to get things moving.

-- Atome to raise up to GBP9m by way of placing, and a subscription through PrimaryBid, at 80p per share

-- Executive management of Atome, led by Olivier Mussat, the former Chief Investment Officer of Global Energy at the World Bank's International Finance Corporation ("IFC"), to meaningfully subscribe in the placing

-- Non-executive Chairman of Atome, Peter Levine to meaningfully subscribe and also provide a standby equity facility to Atome at the placing price at no cost to Atome or President to support the successful fundraise

I suppose a lot depends on how successful the fund raise is. Hoping for an intra day announcement on Monday.
