Incidentally the pricing announced today and link to the RNS is right at the top of the thread - I noticed that Primary Bid updated their platform with the price mid morning.

That makes sense aam, thanks for the update. In the case of the ATOME IPO I've not heard of any alternatives to the PB platform. It's only a £9m raise and in a short timeframe closing Monday so other brokers may not be involved.

If you check the FAQ on their website. it says you can apply from within an ISA or SIPP

So with only £9m to be raised by the placing and PB offer, with the CEOs of both President and Atome participating, it seems very likely that the PB offer will be oversubscribed imho.

I would expect once listed as long as it meets ISA/SIPP rules then there should not be any issue.
Primary b do not allow transfer into an ISA directly from themselves.

In the past that hasn't been possible with Primary Bid. Where did you see otherwise? I would certainly be interested to know if they have changed this policy.

Primarybid now claim that you can apply from within an ISA or SIPP but have checked with ii, Ajbell and x-o and all say it is not possible

As can be seen work continues in relation to the IPO of Atome and President expects to announce later this week further details of the upcoming dividend in specie together with the latest information on the IPO process on Atome including timing.
