16/8/2023 17:36 | Yes the carbon credits announced today are worth a lot, but the FID is taking a while, in today's RNS: The team of Urbas, Casale, and ATOME's Owner's Engineer AECOM, together with the Company are all working towards the goal of being ready for FID in Q4 2023. Whereas in thee header the FID was anticipated in mid 2022 with first revenue generation forecast for this year so things have slipped a bit. | bountyhunter
16/8/2023 11:48 | 500k carbon credits at about 90 euro a pop is 45m euro. Not a small amount for a company of this size/value. Creating calcium ammonium nitrate - the plan for end of 2025 - would have been VERY valuable over the past couple of years unfortunately. The invasion of Ukraine by Russia sparked a massive increase in the price of CAN - peaking at over $540 a ton when earlier it was around the $280 mark. With these carbon credits now identified it is perverse that the share price has dropped. I do wish things would move along though with a litte more pace at ATOME. | mcunliffe1

16/8/2023 07:43 | "As a result, the Company estimates that it has the potential to generate approximately 500,000 valuable carbon credits each year. Over a 25-year lifetime, this represents over 12 million credits generated""For reference, carbon pricing under the European Union Emissions Trading System ("EU ETS") compliance market is regularly trading between EUR80 and EUR100 per ton." | smackeraim

21/7/2023 13:45 | What I'm asking is what's happening regards a key element, the first 1MW electrolyser. We hear a lot about take off agreements, engineering consultants, electrical supply agreements of 120mw, Paraguay becoming the world's largest green hydrogen supplier etc etc. Nothing about the electrolyser which is only a 1mw machine. There is a miss match about if its going to work and what output capacity it might achieve and how are they planning to commence production in 2024. I guess things are moving fast, but its starting to feel bit loose. The electrolyser should produce UP to 450kgs Hydrogen per day Back in June we heard;- UK-based Atome Energy has announced that it is pivoting its Paraguay project to produce calcium ammonium nitrate (CAN) instead of green ammonia. The company says that the change in focus is in response to market feedback, which has shown that there is a greater demand for CAN than for green ammonia. You don't get much more info from CPH2 on how these electrolysers are progressing. If anyone has a better handle on this I'll be happy to listen 👂 | activmojo
19/7/2023 21:05 | Activmojo, are you referring to the electrolyser to be supplied by CPH2 who said on April they they hope to be able to deliver it by the end of this year I having resolved the issues that have delayed delivery?? | cerrito

19/7/2023 09:25 | Excellent update, good to hear about the commercial and government backing. What a fantastic position to be in. How is the progress on the first 1MW electrolyser going? | activmojo
