They need to sort the funding out fast. This price action smells of a third party who has got whiff of the deal |
The MCAP isn't vast at the moment, at about £19M, so hopefully won't drop much in the future when thjey get near to production. |
Speed of progress might need to improve though to match the 'close to norm' wad the family do receive.
The business model of taking surplus electricity from a hydro dam at advantageous prices and using that energy to manufacture fertiliser and/or hydrogen has to be a very good model especially when there are willing purchasers of the fertiliser both close by and in Europe where fertiliser prices are stupidly high with taxes.
So why the slow development?
I guess that once the facility starts to produce the end product the company valuation will drop as reality kicks in. During this 'sales' phase the actual work is far more pleasurable and justification is always maintained because......soon....... we will be producing.
I've been viewing my modest holdings here much as I'd view a bet on a roulette wheel. Black or Red? |
Wages ok close to norm |
Regardless of PL, surely the question is "does ATOM have a good business model, and good prospects? |
Dake1, not at all, some collateral damage with ppc but lesson learned. If you are holding here you obviously haven't learned how PL operates. Research how much in salaries he and his family take from this venture. |
Ducatiman…R30;…somewhat bitter still |
Where on earth does delisting come from!! |
Peter Levine wrong greenelf.
The very small amount I invested on behalf of my grandkids I can afford to write off. Had I known more about this man before that investment I may not have made such.
I do suspect though that before the eventual final end of Atome there will be occasions when the share price will spike up as it has done several times in the past. Somebody, somewhere, will make money but on the back of many more losers.
I suspect I know which group Mr Levine will fall into. |
I am out, something very very wrong here. Delisting??? |
A strange one, but vaguely positive. |
A very peculiar RNS this morning I had gone on the basis that Mussat lived in Paraguay. We await news later this month and we will see if they break ground in Q1 as they have previously indicated.. In the December RNS they talked about a second round of project finance discussions but no ides where we stand with that from the RNS today. |
The link below is an interesting article about recovering phosphates from polluted waterways and restoring the phosphates to the surrounding land.
If this catches on it could reduce demand for new fertilizers. |
The chart looking very Peter Levineish. |
Has something leaked? |
Be in no doubt that Peter will be doing whatever is best for Peter |
Is Peter just tidying up his house or preparing for something. Can’t work it out. |

Well I suppose it’s a good option to have extra land available for the future. |
pauljohnson9: thanks for the teaser about additional documents.
Any chance you could expand upon the nature of those documents, the location and perhaps a link to such?
I would not waste your time before I had made strenuous efforts to locate first.
TIA. |
Additional documents posted on the IDB website today under the client files section. Could be a precursor to an announcement. |
First job for our new broker is to walk this back up to the 80p level🙂 |
Thanks to both dawneyed and bbd2 I am now in a more understanding position. I do recall a placing but thought it longer ago than September.
Appreciate your effort in explaining. |
