Hopefully this will establish a base from which the share price can steadily recover.The Ghanian Mineral fund have taken a stake at a price that is around a third of the share price that prevailed when interest was first muted.Canny dealing then :).Not really a surprise.There are lock in periods.A bit surprising,will the mineral fund be trading in due course!There are warrants with a strike price around the 30p mark and they should be in the money pretty swiftly i reckon.At least this goes a long way to discredit the shorters who punctured the price a year back when it was mid 30s.

Good stuff - just a pity the government delays in granting the mining consents means the Fund is able to invest and acquire its 6% interest at a rock bottom share price Still, assuming it goes ahead, and there seems no reason why it shouldn't after such an announcement, it certainly derisks the project.

-- Minerals Income Investment Fund of Ghana to invest a total of US$32.9m (A$51.4m / GBP26.3m) in the Company and its Ghanaian subsidiaries to support the development of the Ewoyaa Lithium Project and broader Cape Coast Lithium Portfolio in Ghana.-- MIIF to invest US$27.9m (A$43.6m / GBP22.3m) in the Company's Ghanaian subsidiaries to acquire a 6% contributing interest in the Company's Ghana Portfolio, inclusive of the Ewoyaa Lithium Project. The contributing interest will take the form of funding of development, exploration and studies expenditure.-- MIIF to subscribe for 19,245,574 Atlantic Lithium shares ("Subscription") at a price of US$0.2598 (A$0.41 / GBP0.21) per share, for a value of US$5m (A$7.8m / GBP4m), to be held in escrow, equating to 3.05% of the total issued share capital of the Company.-- Under the non-binding terms of the Strategic Investment, MIIF will be i) entitled to nominate one person to each of the boards of the Company's Ghanaian subsidiaries ii) invited to participate in the near-term competitive process for Ewoyaa's available off-take and iii) granted one warrant for every two Atlantic Lithium shares subscribed for under the Subscription at a 40% premium to the Subscription price.

SP Angel today :-Conclusion: These are good results for the Ewoyaa project and indicate strong potential for a longer mine life and further expansion of the mine. We expect the Government and Minerals Commission in Ghana to confirm agreement on the terms of the mining license sometime soon as it makes no sense to delay the Ewoyaa project at a time when buyers are desperate for new sources of spodumene for its contained lithium.

I think its gonna be longer, if miif invest in all the share price will surge.If ML is signed the share price surges and miif pay premium which they wont want to pay.Miif deal first..

for the mining license, MIIF investment and mineral policy (nothing too terrible in the green minerals initiative)

Break ground next September, first production April 2025. On that schedule.

Hopefully a month or so isn't that long.
