· Awaiting approval of Mankessim licence consolidation ahead of resubmission of Mining Lease application for the Project.

"We also await approval of the consolidation of the licence covering the proposed mine and processing plant site, which was undertaken to facilitate a smoother approvals process and simplified operational structure, as advised by Ghana's Minerals Commission Technical Committee.

"The Company expects no further major amendments to the application, so believes that the Mining Lease will be granted for the Project in the coming months.

I see this currently as Ghana lining it's ducks up policy wise,and that Atlantic have been involved hopefully in guiding the governments blue print policy for going forward. As per the governments recent news update and the multiple times they have been in discussion/met with the relevant government bodies.

Interest in equities per se is fairly minimal nowadays encouraged by the UK government's blunt regulatory methods which oblige UK pensions to fund government spending by stocking up with treasuries.

Those that sold their shares so cheap had minimal investment interest. Those that bought their shares off them have maximum investment interest and got these shares at a very good price. These buyers include our BOD and I and many other PIs!

Mining Licence/Lease application........

Has of course technically been withdrawn by us for the time being.........so if any of you start getting "ALL" panicky and do silly selling if you start reading this news elsewhere....please bear in mind that this is normal and part of the process!

today's RNS states:-

"- The Company awaits approval of Mankessim licence consolidation ahead of resubmission of Mining Lease application for the Project."

we were given the heads up that this will HELP get the M/L!

Whilst the asset is currently wholly owned by Atlantic Lithium Ltd, Piedmont Lithium Inc. can earn up to half the asset through the funding agreement, whilst the Government of Ghana has the right to a 10% free carry once in production.

Sounds like the government is on board. With clear timeline of production

As we await the award of the Mining Lease from the Minerals Commission, which we hope to be granted in the current quarter, the coming months are pivotal in the Project's development. Lot to digest.

"Thank-you for all you do xxxxxxx......and the links you supply to help to broaden our knowledge....and reasons to hold and not "panic" sell in the short term.

I said we are indeed misunderstood....and I'm surprised we haven't yet reversed out of this.....but it is what it is!

IMO we are a hold or a buy and hold dependant on your portfolio balance......nothing else would make any sense!

always think energy storage and not just EVs? I'm about 25% down overall on my hold ALL shares and as confident as ever!
