An example from the GHT board of Interglobe's so called balanced discussions :

" 21 May'03 - 10:50 - 5 of 57
Fingers crossed, but Gresham Computing is a stock that looks like it wants £10 and the rest !
Some say that it could go as high as £100+ !"

Nobody is ramping on this ATL board. I conduct extensive research and post anything i find that will be constructive to one and all.

Yeah and only listen to all the rampers....fine that is up to you, but I can tell you that this ramping thread is putting me off ATL which is a pity because eventhough I feel it is a bit over bought in the short term I also think that it is a good share.

Other threads such as GHT and ELH are conducted very well with a lot of research and balanced discussions coming out etc....

Anyhow I guess you can not convert born again rampers ?!?!?

Excelsior etc,

I think the best thing to do re Interglobe is to click on the Filter button above. That way we won't have to put up with his postings.

Question

What has GHT got to do with ATL ?

Answer

Nothing !

So why do you keep mentioning it ?

Comment in todays Express in the business section re this sale. It states -"Atlantic Global was up 1p as it is thought a seller has now been cleared."

When you hold massive amounts of stock and want to bank a few profits along the way then you have to sell into a rising market. This is exactly what has happened.

Nothing wrong in that and oh it didn't affect the share price at all, well actually it did - the price rose !!!. Such is the demand for this stock the sell got swallowed up straight away.

GHT down 8p today - hope you are not too upset Interglobe.

Nice comment re ATL in the shares mag today as I have posted above No 81.
So they reckon the new software release / news of major signing with Norwich Union could happen at the end of this month, rather than in July.

Not long to wait guys !!!!

Shares mag page 14 today mentions ATL and how it is poised to sign a major deal with Norwich Union by the end of the month.

I assume they mean a major deal re the new software which is primarily for the insurance sector.

P S - I also noticed that 100,000 buy at .59p this morning !!!!

You have got to look at the potential growth of the company. look at GHT it has a P E of 109.

For ATL when this new software is released will bring a tremendous amount of new business and if it is adopted throughtout the insurance industry the revenue will be huge.

Can't post any further analysis at the moment , got to go out - will try and post more tonight.

Littlewillie,

Well yes as you say this company has everything going for it - no debt, pays a divi, has got many blue chip companies as customers and is expected to get more once new software is released in July. Profits set to at least double this year and will probably raise divi as well. Dividend cover is good.

Well I could go on but hey some folk call that ramping - Interglobe

Oh by the way just for the record I topped up again this morning !!!

Excelsior,

I believe the demand will increase and we will see the price get squeesed higher over the last few weeks of June.
If anyone is thinking about adding or even buying for the first time I wouldn't wait too long. We have seen over the last few weeks how quickly this share can jump when demand for the stock keeps coming.

Indeed, the question of stock availability could become very interesting.

Should there be a large demand, the price should motor, due to the fact that there are not many shares in the company. And of those shares that do exist, the majority of these are held by directors...we will see...enjoy the ride.

Well it seems the buys after 16.00hrs together with the buys in the morning were just too much for the MM's they had to up the price.

Could possibly be a large buy order in place and this soaked up the sell you mention. The MM's know come July and the announcement investors will be scrambling for stock and a piece of the action and if they are short of stock now they will be in big trouble in a few weeks time.

I therefore expect further buying early tomorrow will again push the price up.

trt

trt, I think there must be a large buy order in place, as the late 300,000 sell @53p did not send the price down, it went up!.
