71,000 buys and only 4,000 sells and the MM's aren't moving the price.

Could well see a jump tomorrow morning if the buys keep coming. The MM's can't keep a lid on it for much longer.

Press comment this afternoon :

"Atlantic Global has been a notable CONSTANT GAINER over the last five days, rising to 57p over the period. On 3 June, the business management software specialist announced the appointment of Collins Stewart as its broker.

On 30 April it issued a very upbeat AGM statement saying it had made a solid start to the year with a major new product in the pipeline. Demand for its software has remained strong across all target market sectors including financial and consulting, pharmaceuticals, computer and telecoms and local government, with a very high rate of contract renewals.

The statement promised ‘the release of a major new software product in July 2003 for which initial customer interest has been excellent’. The product will enable executive teams to have complete control over business budgets, resources and milestone deliverables, said the company "

Well nothing new as such but this company is getting good press comments which brings it to the attention of new investors.

Just watch the price really jump when the big annoucement comes.

I believe we will progress towards the .70p level by this Friday.
Buying levels are being maintained as investors contniue to realise the potential this share has.

Come July, I reckon to maximise share price performance the company may well issue two RNS announcements. One perhaps before trading starts at 08.00 regarding the new software and the second perhaps a few hours later regarding the companies who have signed up to this software.

Its still only on a cap of 12.97m (57p)....I feel a cap of 20m (85p) would still look ok, pre- release of the new software.

Post- release .... well that depends on who takes up the software.

well as i hold ATL AND GHT i cant disagree with anyone on here...but wouldnt have thought theres much sense in distracting manemgement with takeovers/mergers etc...too much money to be made jsut getting on with running and selling the products these two already have out there..reckon this year will be all about tech stocks who SELL products and make profits...think theres plenty more growth to come...the BIG picture is that ALL businesses across sectors facing tighter and tighter margins will turn to technology solutions to give them the edge and more profits..NO business will ever get rid of technology and nearly ALL businesses will at some point INCREASE and hence BUY tech solutions...in fact for most companies its going to be essential to buy, or die...

Sitting on the sidelines and warming the bench is never any fun. It seems that after months of uncertainties, recently released data shows that investors are starting to get back into the game. This indicates that investors are becoming more optimistic about the market's performance in the next few months. Certainly has become more popular over the last week. The Chairmaon of ATL was just so enthusiastic and positive about the company at a time when all others were very cautious. July is not very far away and theres no better time to buy a share than before it rises. This has risen but has further to go IMHO.

Interglobe and others,

I don't disagree, Gresham was a good buy and has done well for many of us and continues to be a good hold. What I then did was set myself a task of finding another Gresham and in ATL I believe I have done just that.
My comments re ATL's future growth potential are now well documented.

This company even pays a divi now isn't that a bonus !!

The announcement could come on the 01/07 or 31/07 or any day in between but one thing is certain there are only 16 trading days left until 01/07 so i will be topping up early next week.

One other thing that has been on my mind for the last day or two is whether ATL would fit nicely into the Gresham business plan. I noticed Gresham have raised funds over the last few days via a placing of shares. The funds strengthen the balance sheet but at the same time could also be used towards an aquisition.
Gresham have won contracts for their software / products etc with the large banks, so I could forsee that with the software ATL provide currently together with the new software package for large insurance companies due in July what a formidable force the two companies merged as one would be.

Might never happen but something to bear in mind possibly once ATL new software has been operational and is proving a big hit with the insurance companies.

Interglobe, don't disgree with you on Gresham but think that Atlantic Global has a big future and will see a big increase in its share price. If you had sampled 100 people 3 months ago and told them that Gresham would soon be in the FTSE all share index - they would have told you to go back to the asylum you escaped from. What most of the posters here are saying is that if the software is as good as it is being made out to be, then the company is still undervalued if you consider who the company's customers are.

Good article on Citywire about Gresham's placing and about them getting into the FTSE 350.

Ends with this:

"The main thing to bear in mind now is that Gresham is preciously close to moving up from the small cap index into the main FTSE 350. Should this happen, some of the funds that track the index would automatically have to buy some shares, and that could in turn send them considerably higher than they are today."

"Investing is always about your personal requirements and your personal risk profile. If you bought in at 61p, then 230p profit looks pretty irresistible. Then again, if Gresham makes the FTSE, you might kick yourself. Your call."

No question GHT is a class share and the price in 2 months is anyones guess. A share is worth what other people are prepared to pay for it and the sky is the limit there. As far as Atlantic Global is concerned, parallels can be drawn. There might be press comment over the wekend on this one. They certainly boast a lot of bluechip customers and the statement was extremely bullish. It definitely is one to tuck away. I hold Gresham from £1.90 and bought these at 34p. My end of year target for Atlantic Global is £2 at least. Call it a ramp if you want, but it is a sound company with no debt that makes money. It is about to launch a software program that is going to roll in bucks. IMO the only way in this market for a share like this is up. July will hopefully be a good month all round.

P.S. Interglobe, don't get shirty about shares other than gresham just because you don't hold them.

trt Thanks for your insight concerning this company.... I picked up 5000 @48 this morning and now they are 50 to sell....I had braced myself for some profit-taking today, given the recent rise; however people continued stake-building.

Looking forward to JULY!

The man doth said:

'In addition we are maintaining our forward momentum and expect to announce the release of a major new software product in July 2003 for which initial customer interest has been excellent, this product will enable executive teams to have complete control over business budgets, resources and milestone deliverables.'

What Chairman says that unless big things on the way?

Sounds almost too good to be true. Just read the posts and have been following this one in the press. Will definitely buy this one once my AHT recover!! Interglobe just has orgasms about GHT and can't face anyone else comparing another share to his beloved beauty. It has to be said that there definitely seems potential in this one. If the software is as good as it is being hyped up to be, there is no reason why a share price £1-2 cannot be achieved after such an announcement. The expectation of bigger things as we near July will also drive the price up IMHO.

Oh and by the way, as always DYOR.
