09/11/2016 18:24 | I find it very distasteful to mention holdings on a BB, if it's RP or the other fella with numerous aliases. One thing in life I was taught, "Never ask a farmer how many cows he has" | wanderer1210_0
09/11/2016 18:17 | Come on... I'm a big long term holder and you're criticising me for trading at the margin... I bought 25,000 shares down to 79 to help put in a bottom... I sold them at 86.5 for a £1500 gain, but the price still powered on... I bought in today for a trade below 90p and sold them out because of the massive volatility in markets today, because as Ive said before I'm going on holiday for 2 weeks... In doing so I made a profit which was smarter than the loss I would have had if I had held on...they were already falling... Are you honestly telling me that my 10,000 trade is damaging the share price on a day when 145,000 were traded? And in any case, my wife and I are already supporting the price to the tune of almost 150k held for the long term... How many of you have anywhere near that many or more? Yeesh! I'm here to make money. What's wrong with that? I worked my socks off on Friday to get this price up and I have been constructively bullish for months, posting factually correct, positive data and news. Some on here seem to be just to moan. Why not moan about the guys who have owned up to selling out and are still posting? | rougepierre
09/11/2016 17:29 | Let's just hope RP as to buy his 10k back at a significantly higher price than what he sold at for a couple of hundred quid. Maybe the Cu price will fall back after the realisation Mr Trump is going to be President, but I believe he will embark on a policy of improving the USA infrastructure which of course involves a lot of copper, I see the demand for the red stuff increasing over the next 2 years and would not be surprised if we saw prices hitting $3.00 + early next year | wanderer1210_0
09/11/2016 17:26 | Copper @ $2.45/lb, there needs to be a proper step up in the share price pretty soon to reflect that we have seen <$2.10 - $2.45 in 2 weeks.., the share price has done +16% and Copper about the same, but this doesn't reflect the gearing to our profits.. 180K traded today, so the volume is picking up.. #RP the object of the exercise is of course to make money, but trading in/out to make a couple of hundred £.. is it really worth the time..?, perhaps if you stopped trading it, we might see a significant / worthwhile share price gain to sell into..! | laurence llewelyn binliner
09/11/2016 16:36 | Such confidence lol. | waterloo01
09/11/2016 16:32 | So...sold my 10k I bought today for 91.625/90 to make a couple of hundred... Waiting to buy back in... | rougepierre
09/11/2016 16:27 | Groan... MMs reloading... Q3 will be transformational... | rougepierre
09/11/2016 16:16 | "The only thing holding this back is the price of copper"......Really? | manfrom
09/11/2016 16:15 | "All we need is for copper to rise and this share price will fly"......own up, who said that? | manfrom
09/11/2016 15:35 | Taking Trump at face value...dangerous... No interest rate hike in December... Yield curve steepening... Deficits looming... $trillions of infrastructure spending (lots of copper)... Growing consensus that copper is moving into a bull market (projected deficits out to 2018)... Looking at the last 3.1/2 hours, I wonder if the MMs are rebuilding ready for the next push... And copper is very resilient... | rougepierre
09/11/2016 14:50 | Hi Husbod TDDI have a consensus Brokers page and the 2017 figures now show... Pre-tax Profit £45.94 million EPS 35.52 = P/E ratio of c2.5x Dividend per share 3.55p = yield of c4% at current prices Cheers | rougepierre
09/11/2016 12:16 | This is an utter disgrace! The last two bargains are Buys, showing as sells... Yet again they've held up a Buy at 92 for over an hour to make it look like a Sale!!! I wrote to AIM last week complaining about market manipulation but they just don't want to know...the don't care a jot about private investors... The current ACTUAL Dealing Spread is 91.22/94.25...third day running up over 5%... I've just been bid 89.38 for 40,000... | rougepierre
09/11/2016 12:06 | Cracking idea Husbod... Scargs and I plan to go there together some time. I will say it is an excellent idea and will have a firm intention to go there but it is 18 months away, so best intentions... I have promised Scargs a case of Champagne when I double my money and sell half (so that is c170p) and that may well happen before or about then, so that would be really good. Let's see... I use TD Direct Investing who have electronic quotes in ATYM from 4 MMs I believe, especially Winterflood. I bought the 25,000 down to 79p in the last couple of weeks on a T20 and closed them out this week at 86.5p as I mentioned...although I'm not quite in Portugal yet. I will be swapping Ilkley's snow this morning for 20 degrees, sunshine and Super Bock for 2 weeks... I bought 10,000 back in this am at 88.699 because the price was stupid and I simply could not believe the MMs tricks to try and get weak holders to panic out... And what did they do? Even though it was a T2 they waited over an hour to book it so that it looked like a Sale...! Whoever sold the 14,000 plus shares at 86.8 is nuts...but it fuelled my buy... I could currently sell for 91.22... Meanwhile the current Offer is 94.25 for 2500, which is bang on the 200 Day Moving Average...bust that and we're booked for the stars and in a Bull Market for ATYM (if not already...) 93/94 is a very important resistance level...stay through that and the next targets would be c115p; 150p and 170p... Meanwhile, copper consolidating above $2.42... Cheers | rougepierre
09/11/2016 10:33 | Morning rouge and how's Portugal? Willing to take a wager on that divi point - how about a bottle of decent wine in a mutually agreed European city in early 2018 (if we are still around then!)? That T20 spread is much more in line with a share that is in demand than your previous T20 where it was almost the same as a T2. Which broker do you use since I thought T20s were a thing of the past? More buyers now. EDIT - I have a better idea - how about making it the 2018 AGM so we can take a look at the mine as well as imbibe a decent Rioja at your expense (lango can advise us on a good one). Valencia, which I have never been to, might be the appropriate city. | husbod
09/11/2016 10:13 | 88/91... copper holding above the previous major resistance of $2.44... | rougepierre
09/11/2016 10:11 | Ready to pop!!! I'm already being bid over 89p for the shares I bought less than 20 minutes ago!!! 88/90...surely we'll spike any minute...? Remember we've already blown through the 20 day and 50 day Moving Averages...the 200 Day is only at 94p and that would be VERY bullish! | rougepierre
09/11/2016 10:07 | Respect Husbod...we'll have to disagree on that... I stick to my prediction of a maiden dividend declaration by the end of 2017.. And I'm prepared to apologise if I'm wrong... Meanwhile you're absolutely right on supply and demand, but again the morning I wanted to buy the 10,000 on a T20 but the price was 2p HIGHER for a T20 than a T2...that indicates to me what MMs fears are... Onwards and upwards... Best wishes PS CuFe, froggy, lango...even reba...very quiet... ;-) | rougepierre
09/11/2016 10:01 | MTR now up 28% in 2 days...gold, silver and copper producers booming... ATYM to follow, sure as night follows day... | rougepierre
09/11/2016 09:52 | OK...bought 10,000 at 88.6 and the Offer has jumped to 90... And indeed the price for Market Size of 2500 is now 90p... Ready for lift-off... | rougepierre
09/11/2016 09:29 | Yes if the cost numbers in the latest presentation are correct (and they should be, the company have gone out of their way to specifically include some numbers for the next 3 years and not used the NI 43-101 report) and Cu prices remain where they are we must revalue at some point. P/E will be around 2 if we don't! SBT | superbobtaylor
09/11/2016 09:11 | Which idiot sold 14300 at 7.29? Were they not looking at the copper price explosion...? At Super Bob's costs we will be generating over $80 million cashflow in 2017....!! | rougepierre |
