Just a matter of time - ATYM will be £5 this year |
To be included in the ft250 you need to be at 225 or above, not just above 250. Currently we are 221, but any share price reduction could potentially take us below the threshold. So it's not the slam dunk that some on here are suggesting. Also I've seen it suggested that date is 5th March and not February as suggested above. |
£5.00 will depend on copper price but it could go a lot higher depending on touro approval and 1st production. They have very low debt levels compared to most miners. |
Obviously!, I know, this is a big question!!, all depends on Trumps tariffs, China's growth, EV's, AI data Centres and the Copper price!:) |
Hi Rouge!, Haven't heard from you in a while. I have a couple of questions for yourself and other poster's input welcome. We know that Touro has been given a priority status by the Junta. According to Alberto in the last presentation, this will be approved June /July this year. This will double the resource. Does your £5 projection include this?. Along side this we are also entering the FTSE 250 & the interest that is generated as a result. According to the latest Investor Presentation from Alberto the infrastructure will be built and start producing at the start of 2027. We also know the company is a target for aquesition and Alberto has also mentioned that the company is looking at aquiring an explorer or miner of similar size. The shortages and squeeze on Copper is forcast to be apparent 2027. Run this alongside all the other irons the company has in the fire, what do you think the share price will be in 2 years time??, if they haven't been taken out!, that is!. Appreciate thoughts! |
The smallest in the FTSE250 currently is MCG at £431 million...
Overnight we ranked 316 in the FTSE350 and 216 in the FTSE250... |
Don't complain, as the last week share price went up 20% bit overrun. The case is simple: we are waiting for positive news about Touro, copper price, ftse250... And any of these will push it up! |
SP not impressed by the copper price and even falling. Maybe the MMs are short of stock and need sellers. |
Copper going for it - looks like a good week ahead :-) |
nice start to the week....GLA |
There you go £4 hit. |
Tracker funds struggling to buy shares ahead of likely promotion to FTSE 250 index. |
Weaker US$ will have helped.. |
Copper price spiked in the last week, any views on why in particular please? DYOR & Thnx |
Looks like £4 might be today |
QS99, There will have been lots of objections, they highlighted the support. |
Nice strength again at end of the week, looking good for seeing us through £4 again DYOR next week....let's hope that is true about the no objections etc. |

Cobre San Rafael, the company that wants to re-exploit the Touro - O Pino mine, has deployed a strategy to counter the criticism and social opposition to the project: it claims that its plans have received 6,000 objections in favour. With the deadline for public disclosure having just ended - on 31 January - the company has sent a statement to the media in which it uses this figure, calculated based on the data provided to the company by the associations that promoted the objections in favour, to maintain that there is “significant support for the project”. Its version is that “the majority” of the signatories are local residents. |
Think we'd see a much bigger rise on Touro news. It doubles the known resources and the copper is essentially near surface in slabs. One day. They have certainly been patient to date in gaining permissions.
Edit: Given the below story, might we hear this quarter? |
