This RNS stinks. I am not a shareholder but am interested in the company. How can they think it is ok to allow big shareholders to cash out some of their shares at 350p. Dressed up as a subscription for new shares at 350p. Total loss of trust if I were a shareholder.

Just back from the AGM, and it was all positive, with a high degree of confidence from the board!

The burn rate I quoted was straight from AML's RNS.
It will be greater in Q2 and Q4 because that's when the interest from the massive bond debt (1.2bn) is paid.
You disagree? Post some numbers to prove it.

Your burn rate assumption is incorrect, it won't be consistent across all quarters.

Either way, they burned through £181m in a quarter, and that's totally unsustainable.
Big backers are going to want more of the company for taking out the debt, which mean shareholders get diluted again.

I read this the other week, quite interesting - Weird tone to it though? Anyway he's made a few assumptions in there that are incorrect and he seems to assume that if they need money it will be another share issue, my own opinion is that money will come from one of the new investors as part of a bigger plan.

Germany April 23

Bentley 70 is loosing 18,60 % to 2022: 86 cars.

Germany car sales:

40 AML (13 DBX, 5 DB11, 22 V8)
184 Ferrari
70 Bentley of which 28 Bentayga
68 Lamborghini of which 36 urus
36 Rolls Royce including 11 Cullinan.

DBX is a flop, the supposed saviour of AML.
The competition are wiping the floor with AML, as per above.

Even if there is a cash raise, so what? The tutes have gone in every time. The problem would be if they didn't immediately take up their rights. But they have and they will. You are a silly boy Timothy.

If 200p support goes, it's 150p next.
Same after the last cash raise, it shot up on a whim, now reality sinks in, everyone knows another cash raise is coming, just a question of when.

Ramp after ramp after ramp, same person, different ID.
Burning through 181m cash in ONE QUARTER!
Only 400m left, and 120m extra to pay in Q2 for debt interest.
400m-120m debt interest, leaves 280m, cash burn of 180 per Q, leaves 100m in 3 months time.
Well below what AML neeed to cover all current liabilities.

How big will the discount be for the rights issue this time?
Just fallen through support I see, another 2/3 monrhs of losing 1% every day until the next RI is announced.
