02/6/2014 09:36 | It's easy to judge medium term. They will be exploring for oil in one of the most exciting areas come 2015. So we can expect lots of news regarding licences, farm outs and the drilling. Could easily 10 bag from here even before they find oil imho. | encarter
02/6/2014 09:25 | Well we have buyers again.....wait and see if this lasts or reverses if/when the selling starts.....AIM is impossible to judge on stocks like this at the moment, could double or halve on trading alone.... | monkey puzzle

30/5/2014 19:21 | Track record: North American Petroleum Plc (`NAP' or `the Company') Final Results North American Petroleum Plc, a company focussed on developing its interests in proven US onshore oil and gas formations, announces its final results for the year ended 31 December 2013. Highlights * Admission to the ISDX Growth Market (`ISDX') in March 2013 in tandem with a GBP2 million fundraising to build net production and reserves through the acquisition and development of leases in liquids rich hydrocarbon plays onshore US * Delivering on strategy to rapidly deploy capital into drilling wells to generate revenues through production that can be recycled into acquiring additional leases to build a portfolio of producing and undeveloped assets focused on lower risk oil plays * Interests in 32 wells secured as at year end - 25 producing, seven under development or waiting to spud + 12 month target of interests in 25 producing wells met * 1,067 net mineral acres acquired in Oklahoma with over 200 potential drilling locations * US$21.05m value of proven (P1) reserves for just six wells and two development locations provides strong asset backing * Low cost business model - administrative expenses totalled GBP316,234 during the year ensuring as much capital as possible was available for investment * Post period end acquisition of a 30%/23.4% working/net revenue interest in Zink Ranch Project in Oklahoma: + Increases number of wells to 47, 40 of which are producing, and net mineral acres to 1,523 + Near-term, low-cost, high impact development programme including 14 workovers/recompleti two vertical wells in 2014 North American's Chief Executive Stefan Olivier said, "This has been a transformational year for NAP, one which has seen our shares admitted to the ISDX market; the acquisition of 1,067 net mineral acres in Oklahoma with proven reserves of US$21m; our participation in the drilling of wells alongside established operators such as Devon Energy; and us ending the year with interests in 32 wells. The year ahead promises more of the same. Already through the acquisition of a 30% interest in Zink Ranch we have increased our net acreage by half to 1,523 and our well count to 47. These figures will increase further subject to the completion of a 35% interest in the producing Shoats Creek field in Louisiana. Importantly our production and revenues are set for strong growth this year thanks to our participation in an on-going multi-well development programme that will include workovers of existing well bores and new drilling activity. 2014 will not be short of high impact newsflow and I look forward to providing updates on our progress over the course of the year." | acta_topup
30/5/2014 18:36 | I added another 700k to take my total to 4.1 million | acta_topup
30/5/2014 18:33 | Did you see all those late buys? | monkey puzzle
30/5/2014 18:32 | Good on ya - I'm sure you mean 2 million shares! Agree with everything you've posted. With regard to the valuation - £5 million would appear to be a median valuation for speculative shells especially with a focus on a newly opened major market such as the Mexico O&G market. The potential is very significant indeed and it should be a very exciting 6-12 months here as the BoD piece things together. Also expecting a transformational board appointment with someone v experienced in the sector... | acta_topup
30/5/2014 16:55 | Well I have topped up twice yesterday, and hold over £2m. I believe there are a few on LSE that hold similar amounts. This will shoot when the next news is out. They had to release an RNS on Tuesday to justify the rise and so other actions are happening behind the scenes. With only 134m shares issued, this will fly. Just look at last Tuesday. With good news over time this will be in double figures next year | g1g4lo
30/5/2014 14:43 | Acta I am a holder of these, but struggle to come up with a figure on fair valuation, It would be interesting to have your thought / reasons / figures on the 4p + figure Regards James | james111
30/5/2014 13:41 | Back level - now we can begin the rebound back to 1.5p. IMO a fair valuation at this point would be £5m MC i.e. 4p+ | acta_topup
30/5/2014 10:59 | yep i can see them but it appears that we are the only ones buying lol! | acta_topup
