Good for you James. What have you seen or been told when you took up the placement stock? His idea of the £1 million placement being sold down was always ludicrous, but he preyed on the unwary and the callow

Acta I was in the with the placing and have topped up since, No way am I going to sell for a tiny profit, it would take a lot more than 100% gain for me to start selling the upside here far outstrips the downside. I am in for a significant % of the company.
Good luck to all who hold this will come good , if I thought different I wouldn't be in here.

This article might excite you which was published in Forbes lol don't get much better In the next two weeks, Mexico's lawmakers are expected to release a series of laws, known as the secondary laws, that should begin to delineate how the revolutionary energy reforms approved last December will be implemented. Prior to the reforms, Mexico had the most closed energy regime of any country in the world, save North Korea, some have quipped. This Latin perestroika is not going unnoticed in the US and abroad. It has become de rigeur at nearly every oil and gas conference to have at least one panel to discuss the changes, and with good reason. Not only is Mexico close, the opportunity is huge. The country is prospective for 54.6 billion barrels of oil equivalent in conventional resources, and 60.2 billion in unconventional, according to PEMEX figures. And don't forget NAFTA. Although Mexico's energy industry had been excluded under Chapter 6 of NAFTA, that exclusion may no longer apply given the reforms, said Dallas Parker, a partner with Mayer Brown, during a presentation at Mergermarket's 6th Annual Energy Forum last week in Houston. US executives frequently bandy about words like "excited" and "excitement" to describe the eagerness with which they look forward to doing business in Mexico. While upstream players have many questions about expropriation risk, booking reserves, structure of joint ventures with PEMEX, or even securing seismic data, opportunities may actually emerge more quickly for other parts of the oil and gas supply chain.

The market cap is ludicrously small given the potential. Get the right deal or the right management into place and this WILL move into orbit. We are talking about a potential 10-20 bagger. NGP, ZOL, PMG, VMP all classic examples - shells with miniscule shareprices that went on to make MASSIVE gains

I haven't sold a single share - I have over 2 million. Placees wouldn't have taken £1 million unless this had a very good chance of success. And they haven't sold down their shares - if you look at the TOTAL volume ever since the placement (never mind just the sells) it doesn't even come close to £250K. And half approximately are buys! So your crackpot theory is completely without any foundation. This could double at the drop of a hat. High risk but potentially very very high reward...

Acta went from 20 posts a day to 0 posts. He obviously sold out. They have until Friday to make an investment or they get suspended and you can kiss your investment goodbye. They say that they will invest in oil in Mexico but no licenses will be issued for at least a year, so how can they??????

I'm wondering what effect will the 50m warrants might have on this share's upside.
?
Are they likely to wait to exercise them until a lot higher than 2p ?

Re the 1 million sell not a great deal of money and if a dump from placing would only be a profit just over £1k. If someone was in at the placing they know better than to ditch out for £1k this early. No one will dump without getting full info before doing so.

That is a complete lie. Expecting news of the investment strategy by next Friday.
