The share consolidation has no bearing on the placement. They are separate issues. I don't understand what you are on about. It can't be a token investment to satisfy the AIM rules

There's a difference between highlighting and constant ramping, which you do on a regular basis, the same as your repeated retorts back at me been about me not understanding or been stupid and naive or an ex holder..Well I'm non of those so you'l have to find something else to accuse me of...LOL!..

Highlighting the potential of a company is not ramping. And yes I do find your comments disingenuous and trite. You seem to miss the whole point here. You are either wilfully stupid or pitifully naive. Or (and this is most likely the case) a disgruntled ex holder of PPA taken to the cleaners by their management and reacting in the only way you know how. Bitterly... So, which is it?

Hi Acta,

When I researched the company recently I contacted Rory and asked him few questions.

One question I asked concerned the shareholder register.

Rory told me that he was unaware of any investor holding over 3% of the company, other than those already appearing on the register.

My question to you is, how can anyone reading this bulletin board be certain that you do actually hold the shares you claim to.

I mean real proof.

It is quite serious - you obviously have a lot of investors here reading your posts, hanging on your every word, making their investment decisions based on your writings.

However, as it stands, I can see no evidence that backs up your claims, so it would be great if you could point me towards the proof.

16% is a huge holding to leave undeclared. I've only been investing for 12 years and only been a full-time professional investor for 7 years, but I've never seen such a large holding left undeclared before.

No disrespect, but until proven, would you agree that based on the evidence out there in the public domain, people should take your claim with a big pinch of salt.

Just look at the FTE thread. Lying conman Acta was pumping it up then after he sold came out with de-ramping.

He has also been caught out lying many times before especially on MBW where he claimed to be the SECOND LARGEST HOLDER and to be in direct contact with the CEO but the CEO denied it and Acta was FORCED to remove his claim to be second largest holder from the header of his thread. When MBW went bankrupt the 'second largest holder' went very quiet rather than stepping up and rescuing his investment by providing a small loan to see them through.

Acta-topup so when you say "Some very exciting potentially game changing news on its way" you were been overly optimistic and that you believe it would be possible to liquidate the holding in the listed companies at a decent profit..

As to entering the Mexico O&G sector, any production from there would be a year or two down the road with many fundraisings having to be done..

News of entry into Mexico O&G sector. New legislation being passed to allow foreign entry into this previously closed market. The potential is mindboggling. Of course ASTA would need cash - the issue is at what price will it be raised. Before this announcement occurs we may see a very interesting and gamechanging restructure of the board...A PMG like move could easily occur if the right people get involved, in which case cash could be raised at MULTIPLES of the current price. This company is ripe for speculation and with a low number of shares any speculation will shift this MASSIVELY. Of course it's high risk but the potential is there.

This was a holding measure to ensure that the company was compliant with AIM rules. The move in the shareprice will have nothing to do with this investment. The move will occur due to speculation regarding a deal to enter the Mexico O&G sector. This is the gamechanging news. Clearly you have no idea (or are pretending to have no idea) about the company or its strategy. KDR was 0.5p, unloved and literally NO ONE was interested. I was buying because I could see the potential. Then every man and his dog became interested and the shareprice 8 bagged within a couple of months. ASTA has the same potential. These companies move on SPECULATION...geddit?

Thats IF they can liquidate the investments that they've made in the quoted companies at a profit and not at a loss, IF as speculated by Acta-topup the company's on the verge of game changing news, and a blatant ramp as regards the 4-5p s/p!!!!....

It's not the same company!!! How many times?! Please post on the old PPA board. What you are talking about is irrelevant and unhelpful. We have all made mistakes. We have all believed in something that in retrospect we shouldn't have. But these generalisations are a waste of time. Move on!!! Learn something!

Let's stick to ASTA. Some very exciting potentially gamechanging news on its way. This could multibag from a MC of £1.5m at the drop of a hat. I would not be surprised to see us trading between 4-5p in the next 3-6 months.

I keep my shares, worth £27 from an investment of £12,000 as a reminder of believing what I read, rather than some rational thought that I should have had.

keifer - if you are looking at the company that left you a loss, I fully appreciate your concerns but this is a new company.

If you cannot see this, then I suggest you stop investing and put your money in an investment trust.

We all have choice and I hope you make the right one. I have made mine and hope it is correct with a new board and looking at a future that is promising
