The present directors will have no say in any placing, it will be the new guys that pull the strings. They will not have gone this far without things being in place. Probably even have ideas on investment targets etc.

Time is the issue. The Mexican licensing is at least 9 months away and these will be suspended in April if they don't make an investment.

Could ASTA be the new VMP??? Now we can see what happens with the right investor anything is possible. The VMP BoD were worse even than ASTA's and the company on the brink of administration. The shareprice here could easily treble in a day

It will take something short of miraculous for asta to be taken seriously .

Consolidation, if they do it will be to get another placing away .

Asta breakout and bounce from here. See chart and on top of that good news today, could see this have a quick jump back to 0.18-0.20p. It moves quick this one and with big buys this am MMs dont have much stock now, look what they want now to buy in.
